Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I deducted a couple of stars because I had no idea how obvious the seams were going to be. The pictures on Amazon made it seem as though seems would be invisible. They are actually quite obvious. Each piece comes with a 1/2 inch color matched seam that is impossible to hide. I did have to make cuts on mine and it was fairly easy. I found it easiest to use scissors for seam and box cutter for carpet.

I bought two of the 8x12 grass rugs to test before spending big bucks on professional landscaping with synthetic turf. I have grown many big nice lawns and at 63 no longer want to mow & fertilize. Today I unrolled them and anchored them with big nails over pea gravel under the shade of a big tree. The weight is good enough to lay well without anchors even with a dog romping around. My dog was delighted and gives them 5 stars, of course she's only 2 and never had the real thing. The 1.25 inch length blades are soft enough to sit on or for dogs and kids to roll around on. This is NOT high-traffic active-play quality to last 15 years, that stuff is much more expensive, but this seems very decent quality and drains fine. The color is NOT the deep green of healthy lawns either, more new spring green with yellow undertones. Synthetic grass can heat up in sunny climates so folks with kids should consider the heat factor in choosing this for a play area. I will update the review on how it holds up in the sun and snow of Arizona's White Mountains

This rug is awesome. I purchased a few months ago--it's perfect for my balcony. Allows my toddler to walk out on it without shoes. We sit outside and play on our "grass". It will get a bit hot when the sun is directly on it, but not unbearably so. I bought it slightly larger than what I needed because there wasn't a measurement that was exactly the same. Even though the measurements did not fit perfectly to my balcony, I was able to fold it under without cutting and it still looks nice. Great purchase!

Wow, I honestly didn't expect this turf to be as spectacular as it is. Totally enjoyable on bare feet, very durable, and remarkably lovely to look at. After 10 months of blaring SoCal sun and a rainy season (finally), it's held up 100%. Also easy to cut up with a proper carpet knife. No pet use to comment on, but for humans, we give this an A+.

These are nice outdoor carpets. They look and feel about as I expected. But the measurements are a tad off. I ordered two carpets 4 foot by 8 foot. One is 1 inch wider than 4ft and 1 inch shorter than 8ft. The other less than an inch short on both measurements. That's not really a problem because I ordered them with wiggle space in mind. The other thing is that they come shipped in Shrink Wrap. That probably makes for easier passage through Customs (the company is in Canada) and less expense, but unpacking needs to be done carefully so that you don't cut the carpet with the wrap.

Holy cow this is awesome. I was so afraid to buy this artificial grass online without seeing it in person because some can be REALLY cheap looking- this looks good, the weight and quality are good and feels like real grass. It has the black no slip backing with holes for drainage if it gets wet- I spent hours on amazon reading reviews and looking at pics so Ill save you the time-trust me this one is two thumbs up. Some reviews mentioned something about the packaging but they must have corrected that because mine was perfect !

PROS: True to size. My 8x10 rug grass was spot on 8x10 feet. The product has no strange odors or volatile organic compounds when first opened out of its plastic. Can be employed immediately.CONS: Not nearly as lush or "grassy" a look or feel as I had expected. I could have easily settled for inexpensive "astroturf" for my particular application. I'll return here over time and let you know how it holds up.

My first amazon review ever.. this is amazing. Great value for the price! It looks very natural. I ordered a very large size (12x14) to cover my whole deck, and it is a couple inches to big for the space, but it folds under just fine. They had to ship it folded in half, so there is a line where it was folded, but it has already started to lay flat by the second day. It’s much softer and more realistic looking than I expected. Awesome product overall.

Very happy with how my balcony turned out with the thick and thin pieces of turf. Got quoted $6000 by a "professional" company to do a install. Got a few custom pieces from here with just a bit of cutting with a sharp blade and some seam joining tape and it came out amazing! My Dogs are Very happy they have their own personal yard 19 floors up in Toronto. And use dog pee cleaners or Simple green turf cleaner for any mess and cleaning.

This artificial grass looks much better that the more expensive 'solid' green brands. The mixture of green and brown looks much more realistic (pic 1). My wife and I (both over 65) could easily move the 12' x 18' pieces into position and it was easy to cut around the two trees. (pics 2 & 3). Used special splicing tape to hold sections together and to bind the slit we made in the piece to wrap around the trees. Used 6" staples to hold it in place on the slope. Overall a great product and it made a world of difference to the dead ground we have had under our trees for 25 years.

Very happy with the product. I ordered it for my balcony and had to cut it to size. X-Acto knife did the job without an issue. The tuff comes with trim around the edges, but does not seem to fray or come apart without it. Took 2 weeks to arrive, they estimated 3.

Love this! We Hate/loved our new balcony and I was determined to turn it into my dream hang with some affordable non-permanent, easy set up options! These rugs come is so many measurements you will definitely find the perfect fit for the space you are looking for.I did initially intend to cut parts of it to fill some gaps but the edges are so properly hemmed and bordered I didn't want to mess with the finish. It's soft, it mimics grass even after the rain, drains really well, and it pretty comfy to lie on! Wonder if it'll survive the winter. But yeah great buy y’all! Great buy!

Good quality and fast delivery. There is a disappointed: 12'x13' is what I needed to fit an exact floor space; however, it turned out to be 2 inches less on both sides. (length and width).If you consider the above, the rest is as advertised.It has a little bit of smell, but a little febreez took care of it. I use it for indoors. It's soft and good for kids. Still, I'm a bit annoyed that I had to settle with 2 inches less on each side. 4 out of 5.

Hmmmm...it was easy to clean in the summer. Took it outside put some carpet shampoo soap on it and sprayed with hose. I do understand the comments that complained about the smell. It does linger and can be unpleasant. In my experience we threw it away as the dogs would rather use the pee pass than the grass pad. Wasn’t worth the effort to clean.

Les photos montrent le gazon après 1 année d'utilisation. Il reste bien vert, et ne s'écrase pas après avoir passé l'hiver roulé dans le cabanon. Un peu dispendieux, mais tous les tapis de gazon synthétiques le sont. Ce produit, par contre, est d'une excellente qualité. Très satisfait de mon achat ! :)

Excellent product and it looks great! I have bought 4 pieces so far, the largest at 12 x 17. One is in a yard with toddlers and is holding up very well. The others are near a pool area. It does get hot in direct sun but not much different than the patio stones that are in the same area. The product arrived before expectations as well which was a nice surprise. I will be ordering more when it becomes available again.

Would have been great if the dimensions were accurate given the price I paid. I needed a specific area covered and it came up short so it looks a bit ridiculous. Product is very thin but realistic appearance. Feels hot on your feet if it’s being placed in direct sunlight. Will be interesting to see if it makes it through a Canadian winter...

Glad i found this company on Amazon. I needed a custom cut piece that I could trim to fit my deck and they were very helpful, detail oriented and knowledgeable. I am thrilled with the quality of the product and their level of service.

The rug is much better quality than we thought for the money, it is well made With finished edging. The rubber backing is perforated to allow the rain to drain away and our dog loves it! Lies on it to survey the Garden!

This is real artificial grass cut and finished into rugs. The appearance looks close to real for areas of dryer climate and drains very well. My dogs do not seem to mind it. It is heavy enough to follow ground contours without air pockets to give it a more natural look of an average lawn. I will be adding 6 more pieces to completely replace my back yard by replacing the binding tape with seaming tape. The price is good, ~$900.00 to replace my entire yard. (DIY) I'm giving it a 4.75 because I don't know the direction of the stitching of the 6 pieces I've ordered and may have trouble with the blending. (anxiety factor)

Quick delivery. No problems at all. Looks like good quality Astro turf. No issues with fraying or shedding like some of the cheaper turf tends to do. Convincing enough for my dog to do her business.I bought a piece for our deck because our dog doesn't like the cold snow, works great. Not many places sell this in the middle of winter so was happy to find they sell it on amazon.ca.

The rug rolls out to give the perfect grass feel to my condo balcony. Love it. Very happy with the purchase. So far it has kept well against rain etc. My balcony is covered so exposure is limited. It did take a while to arrive - no prime available on this product - but was as per schedule. Seller's response to a question regarding delivery was very prompt. Highly recommended.

Needed to fill a small patch of grass where real grass won’t grow. Looks really good and “lifelike”. Easy to install with garden cloth pins.
