Very Knowledgeable! Great Book. Has a lot of great info in it on almost every type of crystal out there! Great Reference book for sure! Well Written. Has a ton of information on the abilities, different colors of each crystal, healing properties and even healing grids. Just about anything you want to know about crystals are in this book.

I really enjoyed this book. I'm new to working with crystals, and while a lot of information is available online, sometimes having a good resource in the form of a book is much better. There's a lot of good information in this book in a very easy to read format. It's very well organized, making it easy to read from beginning to end as well as easy to find specific crystals or uses. I like that it has a lot of good explanations and makes it very easy for a beginner like me to immerse myself in the world of crystal healing. Now I actually know how to make a crystal grid and can start to understand chakras and the best stones to use to help certain issues. My favorite part is the second half of the book, where there are profiles of 99 different crystals with accompanying photo illustrations. Using this book, I've been able to identify a number of stones I wasn't sure of. I would say that this book probably won't be helpful to people that have a lot of experience with crystal healing, as much of the information is fairly rudimentary. But the book was perfect for me, and will serve as a good gateway to more advanced texts. I've already recommended it to several friends who are equally pleased with it. I'm very happy to have been given the opportunity to receive this book for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I absolutely loved the IDEA of this book. It’s super beginner friendly as she explains every step, from getting acquainted with them, to shopping for them, preparing to use them, excesizes for using them to treat different ailments, and a brief description of 100 different crystals. She also included mantras to get the most out of the energy they possess, which is a nice element. Love the colors, fonts and pictures but I noticed fairly quickly just HOW brief the descriptions are of these crystals. I have a collection about 20 strong now, I still consider myself new, but I found that my OWN knowledge surpassed some of the information this book gives... Karen Frazier definitely knows her stuff, I just wish this book gave a little more information in the description portion. If you’re just starting out this is a wonderful resource but somebody who already has a solid understanding of crystals may be a little disappointed.

This book Crystals for Healing is the first I've read completely on this subject and I found it very interesting and a great resource as well. Right from the introduction I knew I would enjoy this read and appreciated reading the authors personal story and experience. I also thought the progression was nice and the transfer from one chapter to the next was very smooth. The first chapter gives the history of energy and the roll healing crystals play as well as an overview of Chakras and Crystal grids which I had some previous knowledge in. In chapters two and three very valuable information is given as to the right and wrong ways to shop and pick out crystals. They also cover the proper care, preparation and use with easy to understand direction. Chapters four and five provide remedies for many things from anxiety to inspiration including specific meditation techniques and multiple remedy choices. My favorite is chapter is six where almost 100 crystals are profiled in detail as to where they originated, the color choices, uses as well as the Chakras associated, and even provide a picture for reference. I have my first pieces on the way and am looking forward to further integrating these practices into everyday life. I received this in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Great reference book on crystals. Very clear and provides mediations and remedies for many needs. Another section has descriptions of crystals with color picture. Glad I bought it and will keep with my collection.

I totally wasn't to sure about this book. But...when I got it and started reading, it kept me wanting to read more. It's actually a pretty neat book with great info about crystals and how they help in healing various, I'm going to say feelings, moods, and/or phobias. It's not just about the crystal looking pretty, it actually has a healing purpose. I think if you can have an open mind to what they can help with then it will help you, but if your straight out negative about it, then ya your probably not going to benefit without opening your mind to it. I really like how the book is written it's easy to read. There are lots of different topics listed like positive energy, stress, eating disorder, and worry. That was just a few of them. With each topic there is meditation, and then a remedy or remedies listed for each one. Under the remedy is where they list which crystal or stone helps. Towards the back of the book is Chapter 6 called Crystal profiles where they show a picture of the crystal, where it originated from, they describe it, it's primary uses and it's placement, like where you would put it. I love Chapter 6 it fascinates me! There are a few crystals I'd love to try, but I think the one I'd like to try first is Vanadinite it's use is to boost an motivate!! I definitely need that! Some of the crystals say to support in the communication with the divine and assists with spiritual development! That I am not into, getting deep spirituals connections and psychic intuitions! Overall interesting book, even if you don't get into using crystals it's interesting to read about each one. I received this book free in exchange for my honest review.

Five stars is hardly enough for this book. What a gem. This is a must to have in your library. The way the book is seperated into segnenrs makes it easy to use and find what you are looking for. I especially love the positive quotes and affirmations, what crystal to use and the meditation technique given for each thing being worked on. Thank you Karen Frazier for such a wonderful and complete guide.
