Foot Relief Soft Silicone Sports Gel Insoles, Massage for Work

I'm a first timer when it comes to footinsole's. I walk around on straight up concrete floor all day at work and I noticed my knees and back were taking a beating. The first thing I did was buy a new pair of shoes (Nike's) and this solved my problem for about 5 months, until the knee and back pain crept back in. I purchased these insoles and i'm a bit of a novice at how they work. I purchased the size 6-9 womens size (im a size 8.5). I put them in and immediately knew it didn't fit or feel right. First problem -- I didn't read the directions. I had to take out the insole of my Nike's and replace it with these insoles. Got it. It still didn't fit right, and then I read that its okay to cut it to make it fit so I flipped the insole over and on the underside they had the sizes printed there as to where to cut to make it fit to my size. After I did that, I was finally able to put my feet in and feel the correct fit. My first week in these insoles, I hated them. I felt like my feet hurt and throbbed after I took my shoes off. However, after about another couple days I found that I am feeling better and my knees and back don't ache, and my feet aren't sore. My co-worker (who also uses inserts for the same reason as I) said that I have to give them a fair shake and give it a week or two... and I am glad that I stuck it out and did that. So my advice is to give it a little time before deciding if these are for you or not. I'll likely buy another pair when these loose their fluff.

Ordered these for my daughter. She said they did not help at all. They did seem well built. I think they are more of a insole replacement than an arch support.

they feel really good in shoes that aren't very supportive.

Its so soft and comfortable but need a bit wider.

These insoles work ok, but I think that the cheap memory foam inserts that you can get for around $3.00 per pair work just as well. I'll probably stick to those in the future

These insoles are amazing!! I've worn these for two days and it's the first two days I've been pain free in 7 months! Hurt my accessory bone near the ankle and these have totally supported it in just the right spot - SO grateful and so happy.Super comfy and soft and thin enough so they don't take up the entire shoe like some others do. Can cut the sole to get the right size.

I did not like the fact that I had to trim to fit my foot. Too much money for these not to come as size ordered.

Got it for my mom because she was having foot issues but didn't help her with it says it wasn't to comfortable for her but everyone is different
