Pretty Good for $85. Now if only the cats would play on it...
I was impressed with the speed in which the package arrived: ordered wednesday afternoon, and was at my house friday afternoon...you know, the way Prime should do things (especially at it STILL proclaims free two day shipping, but 3 days has become the norm, and 4 or 5 days isn't unheard of).came flat packed in a fairly heavy but compact box. not a lot of wasted space there.instructions were a little cramped--diagrams showed multiple steps with vague written directions. putting this together was not as easy as assembling a LEGO kit from instructions. Instructions did say more than once to check that every part that should have come in the box did.as is often the case, measurements were in millimeters, which made measuring similar components difficult--ended up using the eye test and comparing various lengths that way.included hardware doesn't include any extras, but they are all hex head screws (allen key is included) or coupling bolts, which shouldn't be to hard to find if something was missing.I have one very large cat (25 pounds) in addition to 3 smaller ones, so i wanted to move the larger 'condo' lower in an effort to increase the stability of the cat tree (and because his big butt would probably have a heck of a time getting to the top by himself)...wasted a bit of time before i figured out that i would have to buy additional hardware to accomplish what i wanted. also, the cat tree would not fit in the room i wanted to put it in height-wise (very low ceiling), so i ended up removing the lower 'condo' (sitting on the floor next to the cat tree at the moment) and using the short tube for that at the top for the tallest perch. this somewhat negates the usefulness of the ball toy attached to the bottom of the tallest perch, but this is a 'specific-to-my-installation' problem and not indicative of a deficiency in the product itself.i can see where some people may have problems figuring out how to put this together, but the instructions and pictures should get you there eventually. took me an hour and change, including trying to build it in a couple of custom configurations.it is a bit on the wobbly side, which makes sense for something almost 7 feet tall on a 24 inch square base. i stuck it in a corner, and put a deck of cards under the front corner, which seems to help. making sure all the bolts are tightened well should also help to minimize this wobbliness.overall quality is good, although they did use quite a few staples attaching the jute twine 'rope' to the support tubes, which gave me a little cause for concern.

It's ok for a temporary cat tree, not long term use.
I got this 2 weeks ago, and the tree is nice and tall and the cats love it. I do like that a lot of the rungs can be reorganized to my liking, there were a few things I did differently as far as the placement of things go. Just had to be careful that what was being switched still matched up in height. That being said there are a few things that are lacking:1. The basket that hangs off the side is not sturdy enough to hold a full size adult cat (not a fat one either) without hanging down really low. I have had to twist it so that the basket it braced against the shelf that goes along the other side at the same height.2. The round house in the middle has a pole that goes right up the center of it. It makes it very small on the inside and the cat has to lay around the giant pole. My cat has gotten in there twice but doesn't stay since it's not really comfortable for them.3. The carpeting on it is very cheap. There are several tear marks on it already where the carpet is coming apart. It's also coming off the underside of some of the shelving.4. The wood is particle board or pressed wood (not sure if there is a difference), so need to make sure it doesn't get wet.All in all, my cats enjoy spending time on it (one practically lives on it), so I'd say it's a good product in that. But if your cats like to stretch their claws regularly, this might not hold up very long for you. Would I buy it again, maybe and maybe not. I'd like something that will last longer, but I'll keep this as long as I can.

Meh.
I bought this to replace another cat tree I bought on Amazon about 2 years ago. I had fostered kittens and it got pretty beat up. I wanted to get the kitties an upgrade so went for this taller, more fun looking tree. Unfortunately, it is not the quality of the previous one we had. The hammock part is literally the thickness of a wire hanger and my skinny cat bent it off the first time he hopped in. So, we had to reinforce it. We also had to drill a hole in one board that had it in the wrong spot so we could get it assembled. My fat kitty isn't as agile and this thing could use a ladder, too. He struggles to get his fat self up to the level his food sits at. Although, this may be for the best, as he could use diet and exercise. Feels a bit more wobbly than the other one too and it's only slightly taller, so we will probably have to attach it to the wall to avoid any accidents. Overall, this thing is decent and if I hadn't had a higher quality one for a similar price before it, I'd probably have rated it higher. However, next time I buy, I'm going back to the model I had last time.

I would get something more stable
I have some concerns with this.. Let me begin by saying if your cat is over 12 pounds this might not be the best products. I have a 15 pound and 8 1/2 pound cat, they are both adults. I have already had the base break once where P, C and G met, this is not very stable at all.. The nail on the first base which is part L came straight through it landing one of my cats into the patio window. I believe it was by bigger kitty cat, since he was laying on the ground near it after wards... So this is okay for little kitties but not bigger cats..My cat like the top part of it better than the bottom half of it more. The poles string seem like they are good but I am betting in about 6 months to 9 months I will need to replace the pole or the entire condo.. I am not very impressed, I think the poles should especially on P C and G need to be thicker so that it can withstand more weight from pets.
