Q: Is the drawer big and sturdy enough to hold silverware? My silverware container is 15 inches long, 10 inches wide, 3 inches tall...

The drawer is 19 inches wide, 13 inches deep, and 3 inches tall. It is certainly sturdy enough to hold silverware. The whole cart is very sturdy and well made.

Q: Can the towel bar be installed on either side?

no, the right hand side is predrilled for the towel bar..you COULD drill your own holes on the left and fill the holes on the right, but it is designed to have the towel bar on the right

Q: What is the interior heights..space.from bottom shelf to underside of top shelf .... and space from top shelf above?

I'll check Saturday at work as I use it there. but I recall the bottom shelf has 14 inches of clearance to the top shelf which is about 7" high at the door jam but higher inside past the jam. It should have some of this info on the spec tab....click on it.
