Anxiously Awaiting
Even two days later, I still can't decide if the first book hurt more or did this one. I've come to the conclusion that they hurt for different reasons. Where the first book was all about questioning something new they were both thrust into, this book was about them coming together and making the best of their situation. I loved the push and pull of this story. You can tell they are both harboring deep feelings for one another but darn if they will be the first to admit it to the other. It left me wanting to shake some sense into them. Each time I felt they were taking a step forward it was as if they would take ten more backwards.Where the cliffhanger from the first book left me full of questions, this one left my heart aching. Even though I could see it coming a mile away, I truly understood Noah's dilemma. There truly never seemed to be a good time, and I feel like no matter when he told her, it would have been disastrous and left her questioning her trust in him. Nevertheless, it was so incredibly painful to read. That being said, I'm glad we got some actual steam in fruition this book. I'd been looking forward to it ever since he "bared" all in the first installment. I look forward to more in the conclusion, but also to see if they can finally cross their obstacles and truly be happy together. If they would just stop fighting each other, I see in them a love to withstand the ages. I cannot wait to see how this story ends!

Another great instalment
Hitched: Volume 2 (Imperfect Love #2) by Kendall Ryan4 stars!!“You’ve got me in your corner now…I won’t let anything happen to you.”Hitched Volume Two continues where Volume One left off and if you thought the end of Volume One was bad Kendall Ryan doesn’t give us any respite with Volume Two. While we get a lot of answers in Volume Two, more questions arise and now I find myself desperate once again for the next Volume, I need book three now!!I really cannot say much about what happens because it is all a spoiler, but in volume two you can really tell just how much Noah wants this to work. Yes, it has been an arranged marriage, a marriage forced on them by family obligations and loyalties but Noah knows that this is something that he has always wanted. Now that he has had time to really think about it, he knows that he has loved her, knows that he has always wanted hers, knows that she is the woman to have ever tested him and that just makes him want her all the more.“To Tate & Cane Enterprises, may you rise again. And to Snowflake, my brilliant, drop-dead gorgeous wife who’s going to pull our a$$es out of the red.”Olivia is still blinded by her happily ever after illusions, but as things happen and actions speak louder than words could Noah actually be the happily ever after that she has been waiting for? There is definitely physical attraction and as Noah works to prove his genuine intentions maybe just maybe Noah will be the happily ever she never knew she wanted?“So…I’ve been thinking. Maybe that orgasm wasn’t so bad after all…”I absolutely adore Noah, he wears his heart on his sleeve, is sincere and always tries to do the right thing, but he is man…they make mistakes…and when they make them…. they are HUGE!! Noah, Noah, Noah.“I follow her, hoping it’s not already too late…and knowing that it is.”I need VOLUME 3!!!!! For those that love quick, sexy, addictive reads then this is a great series. Two characters that are polar opposites in so many ways yet underneath their cores are very similar. Two that have never experienced true love, yet want it more than they realise. Will the mistakes they make along the way be their end or will they finally see that what they have always wanted has been right under their nose all the time?

Bk 2: Fun and sexy
Olivia and Noah need to sort through some old baggage to really move forward together in their relationship. With Olivia's past that keeps knocking on her door and messing with her head, she needs Noah to stand by her side through it all. Not only does that solidify the progress they've made together, but increases the trust between them. However, there is one important aspect of their dads' will that was overlooked and Noah needs to address it with his new wife. Can Noah overcome family pressures as well as the seriousness of the situation and discuss it rationally before his heart get too wrapped up in Olivia? The story line is a little more twisted in this installment, and keeps you holding your breath and flipping the pages.

liking this story
After Olivia stands Noah up at the alter, Noah is understandably upset, but he's unsure if she ran because she can't get behind this arranged marriage, or if the new clause in the will that is forcing them to get married, now specifies that they produce an heir as soon as possible. When Noah finally finds out the real reason behind Olivia's sprint from the altar, he is ready to help her, not shame her like she thought.Once they finally do tie the knot, Olivia feels that she's ready to have sex with her husband, but backs out because she's afraid of what will happen after. Feelings are starting to develop and Olivia is convinced that once she and Noah save their fathers' company, they'll go their separate ways. What Olivia doesn't know is that Noah is in this marriage for life. What Olivia also doesn't know is that she is required to get pregnant within a month of her marriage. Noah, finally realizing that Olivia never read that part of the clause, is at a loss. Does he tell Olivia the truth, or does he hope she is so into the moment, that she overlooks the condom once or twice? Or will desperate times call for Noah to do an act of desperation? One that sends Olivia running again.I am so loving this story! The back and forth banter between Olivia and Noah is fantastic. You understand why both Noah and Olivia are hesitant to confide in the other about matters of the heart, and you want to knock some sense into both of them and tell them to just talk to each other. But that's what the third and I think final book is for.

Another Kendall Winner!
This book carries on from the end of the first book. Olivia is in the wind and Noah is confused about why she just upped and disappeared. My love for Noah grew in this book because there is just something about him that makes him a genuinely lovely man.His love for Olivia only grew and grew as he did everything that he could to make her happy, there is vulnerability about him as he tries to do what he can to keep Olivia in his life. Not because of a contract but because he really wants to build a future with her. Their union might not have been on ‘the normal way’ but they do really love each other.Olivia is on her high horse for the first 40% of this book but I do understand why, she’s not the one who wanted this to happen. Her main aim is the company; she’s not considering the fact Noah could be absolutely perfect for her. I was literally internally pleading with her to give it a chance. She could be so happy if she gave him a chance.Noah; he made one monumental mistake which had quite a lot of problems. I love how he walked away from Olivia just because he couldn’t bear to deceive her. He is not perfect, he made mistakes but he’s stuck between a rock and a hard place. I was thinking if I’d been in his position, I would probably have done the same to be honest. The ending; I don’t know how Noah will get Olivia to forgive him. I’m annoyed at him! Stupid man, the one thing you don’t do, he should have told her, he literally should have got the contract and showed her the clause. That way it would have saved a lot of drama!I am intrigued to see how it works out, but please give them a happy ending. I get the feeling that Fred may cause some tears to fall and I need them to be together to support each other, and to finally realise that their forever is with each other! Kendall, you did it again, you made a story that is so addictive, I’m not sure I can wait for more but I love it, so keep going and I will read anything that you write!!5 stars

How NOT to Do Business
Gah!!! Yup, I think I’m done. As anyone who regularly follows my reviews would know, I wasn’t so keen for Volume One of the Hitched series, but I was looking forward to Volume Two…I shouldn’t have been. I’m even more frustrated after finishing Volume Two than I was with Volume One!WHY IS IT THESE PEOPLE CANNOT COMMUNICATE??? The hints and questions that had been asked and the crap reasoning behind why she ran out of the wedding at the end of Volume One…GRRRR I know I’m probably not making much sense, but you know my shtick – No spoilers and honesty. The bottom line is that I’m mad. I’m frustrated and I’m mad. There’s all this build up, all this obvious plot and then when it comes time to actually shift all the pieces of the puzzle together, it makes one hell of an ugly picture. I cannot fathom how it is possible that these two ‘business people’ that are about to be appointed as Co-CEO’s are unable to number one, read a contract thoroughly before signing it and two, communicate effectively. I’m definitely no expert when it comes to business, but I’m pretty certain that those two things are covered in Business 101 or even Business Studies in High School. So not only do we have a girl who is head-banging-against-the-wall annoying, is so standoffish I want to take the stick from her ass and bash her around the head with it, but is so freakingly and stupidly naïve that she blindly signed a contract that has to do with her married life!!! Then we add in the immaturely stunted male who can’t use his big boy voice to tell her what she agreed to and dunt dunt dunnnnnn….we have another cliffhanger. GAH GAH GAHHHHHH!!!! Nope, stick a fork in me – Bec Out.
