You could use one of the dyno pet tags, luggage tags, or any of their tags whose purpose is lost and found. Forget that it is a tag for your pet, your luggage or other and use the features to help protect someone that that may get lost (child, someone with alzheimer's, etc.). Maybe that will be Dynotag's next line of products. A lost and found tag specially for children and people with special needs or anyone who wants to protect a loved one.

Level of security implemented by the tag and any embedded files is up to you... You can set up the tag password such that viewers need to contact a third party to get the password and view its contents (a family member, etc.). Please note that complex mechanisms may delay first responder access if the wearer is not conscious, wasting valuable time to access vital information.
