works perfectly with iMac 21inch late 2013 model
I needed a display port to vga converter to go with my old iMac.The adapter I had before was making the monitor flicker a lot and it got to the point that it was impossible to use the monitor.This adapter solved that issue and I have a very stable connection between the iMac and the monitor.I'd recommend this to anyone looking for ways to use your old monitors as your secondary display.

Simple and does the job
This adapter has a display port which I use for connecting to an older Macbook and a VGA connection which I use for connecting to an older monitor. It is simple and requires no drivers. The connection enables me to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix on the monitor.
