Really cool. Seriously. My beverage with ice in it stayed cool for hours even without ice it still stayed cold for hours but not as long as with ice in it. We did experimented if you place the tumbler in the freezer for a couple hours then put ice and your cold beverage in it your beverage will be super cold for 6 hours Simply Amazing. We also tried hot coffee and to our amazement we had hot coffe for several hours.

We have stainless vacuum-insulated tumblers that are larger and smaller than this, but this 20-ounce model hits the sweet spot. It's well-built and to date seems durable. A small thing: the powder-coated bottom cap of this tumbler looks better and feels better in the hand than competitors that leave the bottom cap as bare steel. That's of course subjective, but everyone in the family has gravitated toward these out of the various choices they have. A range of colors, so we can tell which is ours. One quibble: the color called mint is straight up light blue. Nothing minty about it. Beyond that, these are great cups. Keep hot hot and cold cold. My wife even uses hers with the included cap for her morning to-go hot beverage. A 16-ounce home-brewed ginger beer fits in this, even with the layer of foam at the top, but it's much easier to hold than the massive 30-ounce tumblers, which do still see some service in our household for icewater.

Great, no need to heat the coffee anymore! In the morning, I drank a whole cup of hot coffee. After eating, I changed into ice water to drink. Even here, at temperatures above 100 degrees (Las Vegas), I don't have to drink in the car. Warm water! This is the same ice in the afternoon (5 hours ago), only need to add water, I drink cold water all day! Both size and color are good. Suitable for strollers and car cup holders. Even if there are 2 young children playing and drinking from the glass of water, it is not easy to spill, we still have no accidents!

I have been on the hunt for a travel coffee mug now that I finally got a home machine.I just received this and am disappointed the lock lid does absolutely nothing. The design of the cup is nice but I tested over the sink (luckily) and the lid offers no protection and the coffee completely spilled out.If you dont need leak protection this is a nice size/color (grey), but I need this to travel with me and cannot have it pouring out with a pointless lid.

My cup was delivered today and didnt come with a lid. Who wants one of these cups without a lid?! It's not even worth the hassle to try and send it back, but I wouldn't recommend anyone order this cup incase it doesnt come with the lid that's advertised with it.

The quality of the cup is very good, the weather is cold, just want to drink hot water, stainless steel is good. If you try it, it won't be very hot or leaking, and the quality is still very good. The lid is also leakproof and fits well. I hope this cup will accompany me for a warm winter!
