NYOrtho Urinary Drainage catheter bag holder for wheelchair

Great product

It was not very concealing of the drain bag at all period while it may have been waterproof until the seam ripped it was only a vinyl sleeve open entirely on the top. It did not meet my expectations and was about as effective as any vinyl flat sleeve would have been. I returned it and received a full refund. It seems they have really good waterproof covers and really good washable covers. In the end I decided to use a washable cover that came with a tube cover as well and line the bag part with something that was waterproof rather than relying on a vinyl sleeve that wasn't discreet to cover the catheter bag. Just my two cents worth...

I bought this bag for my mom's wheelchair because she was using a purse to carry it around in she personally does not like it I haven't had any problems with it when we first got it it did need to have something inside of it to kind of make it stay open or easier to open because it was like trying to open a grocery bag without licking your fingers first. It does exactly what it says it does it doesn't hold a whole lot of the cord but it does hold enough of the cord I do put it in the front instead of the back so it I need it to hold more chord than its supposed to technically you're really only works with wearing shorts not with jeans that made it a little bit more complicated but it stays on the wheelchair fine even when I fold it up and it doesn't get in the way by putting in the front I thought it would make it easier for my mom to be able to put it in but it's still kind of hard for her to reach under and put it in there but either it be in the front or the back it's still super easy for a second person

This is a very handy little thing. When my husband had his cathertas we hated having the drainage bag showing. With this on the side of his wheelchair we could just drop the bag inside and it was out of site. It is also a second defence against embarrassing leaks from the bag.

item is ok for what I paid. Material tears if you need to remove urinary bag often for draining. I would buy again however, for the price it is an ok product that does the job for the most part
