Q: If i have the teflon sheet do i need this too?

I think these are very similar to a teflon sheet which is what I have, I bought the big one and just fold it over so my iron is protected also, I think these are smaller sheets so you don't have to fold over and can be more precise! I wish I would have seen these when I bought my giant sheet, but It still works good. Have fun!

Q: Can I use this with my cricut easy press for iron on projects?

I don’t own a cricut but if u don’t cut the pressing sheet it should work. This sheet can be cut with scissors

Q: Is this product good for pressing regular clothing while using steam with my iron?

Not sure if it will work the way you want because steam wont go through the teflon. If you want a pressing cloth to prevent shine, I’d recommend a piece of silk organza..
