This is the BEST!
I had previously purchased a cupping set from a very popular brand at amazon but I ended up returning that set because they were too stiff for our hands to squeeze and too firm to create a strong enough suction. I bought this brand a few weeks ago and they have been much used by all of us. I liked it so much that I ordered a second set 3 days later. It helps to get more than one set so that in one treatment session you can hit all areas...the front, back, upper and lower body. Because the suction was so awesome I cupped the muscles and went about working around the house, climb up and down the stairs and other chores. Depending on the area you want treated you can cup and drive around town to do errands. Once I brought the cups into the store, went to the Fitting room to attach the cups and by the time I was done shopping I had finished my cupping treatment. The cups are clear so I can easily see the muscle being pulled into the vacuum. They are pliable enough to depress with one finger so you can easily cup the hard to reach back muscles. I especially like that they come in a set of 3 sizes: Large, Medium and Small. I think this is the only brand or only Seller that sells them in 3 practical sizes. The XL size that comes in all 4pc Cupping Set is useless to me/us. Even if you have a large area to treat you would only need to cup a small area at a time, that's what myofascial release, trigger point therapy or acupressure massage is about. If you are needing to simulate a massage it would be hard to squeeze the XL cup, press/glide the cup across your body at the same time making sure to maintain the suction. They don't come in a carrying case or storage bag, just a ziploc type of plastic bag. For our applications we are very GLAD we came across this cupping set!

These work really well, I've only used them a few times, but I've been happy enough with them to go back and order more!Update: Had to come back an update this- I gave it 4/5 because after using it more- the suction is good, but the ones with the pump have a stronger suction.

I love these cups and have seen amazing results!!! My legs and bottom are looking so good! I have thought about blogging my experience but there are enough out there. You will not be disappointed. Remember when you start, cupping hurts. It's not like the girls smiling while doing it, and you will bruise. Fo a quick research on cupping before using and you will be set!

These are well made and easy to use - I've had some cups like this that are too "stiff" and don't work well.These are soft yet firm and allow you to adjust the suction, really help relax stiff shoulders and tight fascia!
