I've been getting into supplements and Lion's Mane has been one of my favorites.Different companies have their own way of going about how they will produce their supplements- from my research I have found that there are three main ways that fungal supplements are produced. Alcohol extracts, water extracts, and whole ground mushroom. Alcohol extracts of Lion's Mane provide you with high dosages of terpenes which is the component that is most associated with the mental benefits of nerve regeneration and re-myelination, and which is why I bought this product (important to note though that through their production process they removed all the alcohol, which is an added benefit of this particular supplement). There is also water extracts which have higher dosages of Beta-glucans which are more associated with supporting your immune system. I've been taking this alongside a water extracted Lion's Mane capsule I bought separately to get the best of both worlds. There is also whole ground mushroom which has all the components but is less bioavailable. If you want all the benefits of Lion's Mane I would recommend getting this product alongside a water extract capsule like I did or to look for a reputable product that has a dual extraction method (I will try to research more about them to find a brand using a dual extraction method would be best. The most important thing is the concentration/ ratio of the different components of Lion's Mane).I've been using this product for a little over a week (combo with the Lion's Mane water extract capsule) and I'm guessing due to its high concentration (4000mg/ day aka 2 full droppers 2x/day), I began to feel the effects the first day. I was energized, brain fog was pretty drastically reduced, and I just generally felt sharper. This is unlike many other supplements where you either don't notice anything, or it takes weeks for the effects to become pronounced. Lion's Mane is amazing. Others have mentioned the taste but I don't mind it at all, it's very mild in my opinion. I would recommend letting it sit sublingually for about 15-20sec and then swallowing it so you can get faster absorption of the components. The liquid is pretty mucky (doesn't look great) but I again I don't mind at that's how you can tell that it is highly concentrated with all the Lion's Mane goodness. Remember to keep it refrigerated!Great product- high concentration Lion's Mane extract that provides quick and noticeable benefits. I will be using it long-term for all the wonderful effects that research has shown this mushroom gives. Arrived quickly, packaged well. The taste is pleasant on its own, slightly sweet. It could be easily dissolved into juice if needed. I really wasn't expecting much, but I was happily surprised that I felt the positive effects right away. I noticed a calm focused feeling and it makes me feel emotionally stable and ready to take on the day. I would deffinately recommend this and will be purchasing more!

Lions Mane is receiving a lot of buzz in the nootropic community. A nootropic is any substance that enhances cognitive function, but Lions Mane in particular is linked to a variety of health benefits. This includes repairing nerve damage, enhancing short term memory, etc.On to this product. It comes in a fairly simple package, being just a bottle with a dropper and a fairly simple yet descriptive label, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. It is recommended that one take a dropper or two a day, with two full droppers providing 2000 mg of the substance. 500 mg is the typical recommended minimum daily dose, so I would recommend beginning there and being that you receive 60,000 mg, that is 120 doses of the minimum recommendation, so the value for your money is certainly there.As for the taste, it has a slightly earthy taste, and it also tastes a little bit sweet. This is to be expected as you are consuming what is essentially a fungus extract, but even bearing that in mind, it doesn't taste bad, and the company has done a good job at masking what would otherwise be a more unpleasant taste.I've only just begun to take this, but I have already noticed that thoughts come to me quicker and more fluidly, I am forgetting less, and have more mental clarity than I did before. This isn't going to turn you into Superman, but it will help you become more super, man. Forgive the awful pun... I highly recommend this product!

Its been a couple of weeks now. I can legitimately tell this product helps my memory and focus. I was on a shopping trip In "WALMART" Around the end of the day before they closed. I usually don't remember all the things I need cause I don't remember to even bring a list and nor did I make a shopping list for this trip. I did everything in a one time round trip around wally world and didn't forget anything I needed. I even came up with stuff in my mind that I may need and check prices and I even got that through out the circle I did around the store. I never do that. I do my circle and if I forget something, "Oh Well" perhaps I'll get it tomorrow. And then a week later: "Oh yeah" I remember now. I was that bad!! This Lion's Mane extract is very good and it last a while as long as you follow the directions. I give 6 or more stars. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I don't know if it will work for everyone but I'ts worth a shot to try once. After 3 or 4 days I bought another bottle cause my friends like to try my stuff all the time.

I am absolutely amazed by the quality of this product I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has problems with brain fog and concentration along with any nerve problems. I’m 49 years old and I’ve suffered from epilepsy for years, and this product has helped so much I no longer have seizures. This stuff is like brain food you can almost feel it repairing the damage neural pathways I’ve always been a mushroom enthusiast and a sucker for all the benefits that this precious fruit is to offer us but this stuff has actually went way beyond my expectations in quality and performance would recommend to anybody.

I'm excited to try something that boosts both mental clarity and the immune system. Added plus that it's helpful for anxiety, too. And maybe even weight loss! Initially, I feel calmer and more focused. Hopefully, over time I'll see some of the other benefits as well, such as fibromyalgia and nerve pain.

it was a horrible experience that caused insomnia for two days. i was very alert yes, but lethargic because I couldn't sleep !
