I've taken Align for the last 10 years after many years of really serious digestive complaints. GI doctors were absolutely no help and I've seen more than a dozen over the first 10 years or so, always hoping to find one that would take the time and effort to properly diagnose my condition. It just didn't happen, and I knew the location of every rest room in the state, and many times we'd have to exit the highway and find a rest room when traveling. Finally in desperation I stumbled across Align and started taking it, improvement has been slow but steady. Early on, I took multiple Pro-biotic Supplements including Align, Phillips Colon Health, Natures Way , Insync, Florastor and I'm sure there were others. I thought that if Align helped some other brands might help more, as they all contain various kinds of micro flora. The cost became an issue so I gradually cut out the other brands as I found that Align worked well for me. 10 years later my horrible digestive issues have improved so much that life is much more pleasant. Not perfect, but no longer a nightmare. I take it faithfully along with my daily vitamins and calcium. I find that if I fail to take the Align, my symptoms seem to revert. If you are having bad digestive issues and the GI doctors send you away with a smile and tell you to take fiber, it could be worth your while to try Align. If you do chose to try it, be persistent and give it a good six months or a year. I think that Align has improved my symptoms perhaps 80% and if I take it for the next 10 years they might continue to improve. It's a small thing to try and cannot harm especially if you are having horrible digestive complaints. I'm thankful for Align and we no longer have to exit the highway to find a restroom.

I am on day 3 of taking this product and MAN am I glad I found this! Unbelievable results, alternating constipation/diarrhea problems GONE. Bloating, Cramps, Urgency, GONE. I can't say enough about this product. My IBS symptoms were becoming a serious problem for me. Running to the bathroom 5 and 6 times every morning was making my coworkers take notice. Still having some acid reflux issues but hope they will lessen as I continue to take. I almost never write a review but I am SO grateful for this product that I feel like crying from relief. This explains many issues I have been dealing with for the last 5 years, Doc wanted to run all kinds of tests but I declined and suffered through until I ordered Align. I have tried other probiotics in the past that did nothing for me. I only ordered the Align as a last ditch effort and if you are thinking of trying this you won't be disappointed! I hated having to take Immodium every day but it was the only solution if I was going to be in public, very depressing. Wish I had found it sooner, doc recommended meds but not friendly bacteria and I didn't want to take the meds. Very, very happy customer!!

A year ago, I was sent a sample box of Align. I began to use it and was amazed at the difference in my probiotic body vs the non-probiotic body. I love this brand. I do not have to put them in the fridge. Each package is labeled with the day of the week so I make sure I took my pill and can tell at a glance if I skipped. This is a slightly more expensive brand than some of the ones out there, but I have found this brand works best for me. After a few trials with other brands, I get my money's worth with Align and will be sticking to it. I know that they do have sugar in them as another reviewer noted, but my body gets sugar in other forms so I am not concerned with that. I will be purchasing this at Costco after summer kicks in to prevent high heat killing the probiotics. I was out of the product and needed more so I ordered from Amazon as my Prime allows me to get it within two days. I wasn't going to be at a Costco for a week. I can tell the difference when I skip more than two days of Align.

I'm in my late 20's and have had diagnosed IBS for almost 10 years now. I've managed to keep it under control on-and-off for most of that time by staying away from fatty foods (particularly late at night), trying to keep my stress level down, and occasionally taking some anti-spasmodic medication. But for the past year or so, I've felt increasing levels of stress and anxiety due to work, relationships, etc. My IBS began to flare up and I was feeling symptoms practically all day long, no matter what I would eat. I started feeling anxious about going out to dinner with family and friends, which of course, only makes the IBS flare up more. The compounding effects of this cycle (plus the fact that my fear and stress about eating made me lose a lot of weight very quickly), eventually became intolerable, and out of desperation, I bought Align. I don't think I've felt this "regular" in 10 years. I feel my confidence about going out to eat (and eating at all) returning, and my anxiety melting away. I've gone almost every day that I've taken the Align probiotic without any IBS symptoms at all. The change is nothing short of miraculous. I know that probiotic supplements don't work for all IBS sufferers (not to mention it's not cheap), but take it from someone who was miserably under IBS's control for almost a decade, it's at least worth a shot! If you're in the position I was in 5 weeks ago- desperately seeking a way to regain something resembling a normal life with healthy digestion- you have almost nothing to lose. Try it! And I really hope it works as well for you as it did for me.

Likes- pills aren't big, one a day. Dislike- container. Conclusion- makes me go to the bathroom normally without worries. Idk why they don't use a bottle instead for container, but it would be better than a cardboard box. When i don't have these, bloating commence asap, it sucks because in USA all food makes you bloat.
