I was disappointed in this purchase.
The item that came appeared to have been opened previously and the space for the batteries was empty. I put fresh batteries in the unit and within minutes the handle was very hot to the touch and I had to remove the battery. The construction of this item is very flimsy and didn’t look as though it would hold up to use. I missed the window to return it but I will not be using it nor passing it on to anyone else.

forehead thermometer
We use this thermometer mostly on us. Seems accurate as we have compared the reading with a ear thermometer. We are pleased to have this forehead thermometer for a quick and easy reading of our temperature. Would recommend.

Flimsy
It just did not work, period. Came packaged as if it was already returned before, as the provided batteries portion was included, but without the batteries. Once we got it powered up, it worked for all of 15 minutes, LITERALLY!From then on, it would just produce an ‘ERR’ notification, regardless of what adjustments we made. It’s just a flimsy product, unfortunately.

Not quite sure
Seems ok but I am not sure if the item is working. It seems to always read 97.3 or 97.5. I would not rely solely on this item for an accurate temperature.

After 4 moths of using perhaps twice a week it broke.
After 4 months of using perhaps twice a week, it broke. Initially, when you pressed the trigger a click will sound and you will see the temperature display, suddenly no more clicks and no more temp display. You can hear like a little piece broke and make a noise when you shake the thermometer. I would like to have a refund or another thermometer.

You have to switch to Farenheit every time. But works well and as described.

Cheap plastic. Felt like a toy. Didn't work at all. Returned it.
