awesome bike
I officially started riding bmx 12 years ago (I would have been 5 years old 12 years ago. This is the age that I started learning tricks. I'm 17 now). I've had many high quality bmx bikes throughout the years. This bike exceeded my expectations. I usually custom build my bikes to exactly what I like, either starting from scratch or swapping out parts. I liked everything I read about this bike and decided to try it. I guess I won't be spending a fortune custom building my bikes anymore after discovering this bike. I have ramps and dirt jumps at my house and have been putting this bike through some serious abuse for a little over a month now. The bike has held up really good and feels really good. I only have 1 small complaint on the bike. The pedals are cheap, which isn't a big deal. I was going to put Odyssey twisted pedals on the bike anyway. However I did managed to break both the pedals before the Odyssey's arrived (I ordered them 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived). A pair of Odyssey twisted pedals costs about $20 on amazon. I would recommend ordering some good pedals when you order the bike. For a $450 bike I would expect the bike to come with higher quality pedals than that. If you are a weight wienie like me, you probably have the same concern I had before ordering the bike. Don't worry, it is actually pretty light. It weighs 23.8 lbs with a trimmed seat post and brakeless. Don't let the weight fool you, aside from the pedals, this bike has very strong high quality parts built to withstand a nuclear blast. The bars are my favorite bar I've ever used. This bike also looks really good in person. I have the black and chrome model and it looks a lot nicer in person than it does in the pictures. I'm 5'8" tall, so this bike should feel good for anyone around that height. My cousin, who is 5' 10", and brother, who is 5' 6", also really like the feel of the bike.
