skeptical at first but have found very accurate on 100 Lb tanksgreat to know what fuel level is

The tester is just the right size for easy handling. Display and reading is simple to understand. Self diagnostic indicates when the testing process is not working either due to paint flecks on the probe head, dirt on the tank, or not holding it correctly. Turns on and off automatically by pressing the probe head into the tank for on or removing it for off. You need to press the probe firmly against the tank to turn it on. You feel a movement like pressing the button on the end of a flashlight when you do it correctly. Simply placing probe onto tank does not turn it on. The head can be easily cleaned of interfering materials.Simple to use and effective.

Short of using a scale to measure, this thing is dead on accurate. I feel much better knowing I can just touch the side of the tank and see the level.

Super quick detetction of the level of a tank. Might take a couple tries if you are trying to precicly determine your levels but you can hone in pretty quickly. You do need to hold it a true 90 deg to the tank wall and it doesnt work well near the top of my tanks but im not concerned if I am 95 or 100% as much as I am trying to determine how close I am needing to refill

This product does not work

I like everything about this device, it performs like advertised. It is the handiest product of its kind I have seen.

So easy to check level of all tanks

I needed something to let me know when one of my dual propane tanks was empty and needed refilled. The Truma LevelCheck Gas Level Indicator works as expected. I would recommend it to everyone.
