Prime-Line MP2734 Tilt latches, 1 set, White

Be prepared for not a perfect fit. With a slight Dremel cut in the channel itself the latch is a great fit.

This was a perfect mechanical replacement for the existing window latches.

These were a little long for my window, but I was able to cut some of it off so that it would fit. It is quite snug and I don’t see myself using it all the time. I can wash this window from the outside , so it is okay.

Working as Expected

We moved into a house with half these tabs broken/missing from the windows. I measured the size currently in the window and ordered these. They work like a charm. I only wish I could buy specific sides, rather than getting a left and right in the package. However, that is a minor detail, and probably saves on returns from people purchasing the wrong side. All our windows are now fixed up.
