It's exactly what I was looking for in terms of design. Unfortunately it has a deodorizer / laundry detergent smell to it.

I wanted these, not so much for baby food, but for simple storage. We do have a new baby in the family, but he’s not quite at the solid food stage. I thought I’d try them out to see how they work on “regular” foods and broths. I often purchase Mylar bags for long-term food storage, but these are quite nice for short-term. They are made of a thicker plastic composite than Ziplock sandwich bags, a feature that will allow me to freeze food.They are totally sealed until ready to be used. I simply clipped along the dotted line to open the bag. I partially filled it with a chicken broth and sealed the bag. These bags seal easily with no struggling like I sometimes encounter with freezer bags. I was even able to turn it upside down without anything dripping or spilling from the bag.What I do like is the fact that I can see how much liquid I’ve put in each bag. These bags will hold up to 400 mL (1.69 cups). When I was filling the bag, it did stand on end as promised. Each bag can be marked on the front with the contents and date. The bags can be cut open when ready to remove / heat the food up. They do claim one can heat in these, but I definitely would remove the food and put it in another container first. These are made in Korea.

Update;We started using these to save gravy and bone broth. They work great and hold 2 cups of either.One nice thing about these is the tops come sealed so you KNOW they’re sterile inside. You have to tear that strip off to use them and then seal them.Original review;We use these not for baby items but for putting frozen tomato paste in them.We freeze unused tomato paste in table spoon size balls and then add them to these bags and keep them in the freezer.It helps us get more use out of items like that and less waste.I’m happy with these but the only complaint I have is it was hard to find any information out on these because everything in the bags was in another language.

These meat storage broth storage bags seal really well and do not leak. While they are a bit on the expensive side (around $0.50 a bag currently), something guaranteed to not leak in your freezer or refrigerator is well worth it. They are very easy to use and I am very happy to have these in my pantry for those times when you just cannot have any leaks.

These Mother-K meat broth storage bag keeps warm liquids leakproof and thawable, and has an expandable flat bottom to leave it standing while you work with it. I’ve heard making baby food at home is taken very seriously in Korea, from ingredients to processing to feeding. These are labeled as being specific for the meat broth which is made in batches as a base for baby food. I have bags for cold food and it’s storage but not for warm food so that’s what I’m using these for. These can be thawed out in hot water or microwave, though it does have warning against overheating or uneven heating. The bags are thick and feel to be high quality. There is a spot for writing in the dates. The measurements are in ml, and company needs to add a row in ounces to it for USA users. Google tells me 400ml, the bag’s capacity, is about 13.5 oz.

Compared with the plastic bags I used before to store chicken broth. Mother-k's Meat Broth StorageBag is really perfect in design. Safe material and the aseptic sealing and can hold a good amount of broth. My favorite part is being able to put the broth into the bag by myself. It use to have to be a two person job. But now with these self standing bags it makes freezing broth super easy. Convenient to store and defrost, easy to mark the content and date. Love this kitchen product, will be added to my kitchen essential list from now on.
