Great Net Pots
I went the DIY route with my Kratky hydroponic setup. I got clear plastic shoe boxes with lids, spray painted boxes black. I used a 2 in round saw drill bit for the holes in the lids. These baskets fit perfectly in the 2 inch holes. I first tried the 21/2 in hole and it was too large. I really like the baskets because they are longer than most and very sturdy. My lettuce & herb roots are doing well. These baskets also fit jars. Works great!
This net cup works great when you are using a deeper recycled water bottle for a kratky method of growing your plants. So, I don’t have cons at all. They are sturdy and quality made. So, do use it on a taller bottle or just because it is longer in length.

Perfect nets to use for propagation
Ordered these nets because I'm exploring hydro setups with both my succulents and other houseplants, and so far they've really proved to be worth every cent. They're really sturdy nets that are perfect for using with LECA -- they look great, and fit perfectly into my mini mason jar as well as a stemless wine glass I've converted into a vase. Super excited to get this semi-hydro experiment going with these nets! Would definitely buy again, but I don't see myself running out of nets for awhile since this pack came with 50.

Quality net pots with great flow
These net pots are super sturdy and perfect for transplanting between the starter tray I have and the large self-watering planters outside. They're the perfect size for this kind of work. Will be trying to propagate stem cuttings next with a little perlite in them in the not-too-distant future. Excited to see how it turns out!

Fits 2 inch hole in 3 inch tube.
Right size for my needs. 2" hole in 3 inch pvc tube. 1-1/2 inch Rockwool cube touches water when pushed 1/4 in below plastic mid-line.
