Canine Friendly Short Snout Dog Muzzle, X-Large, Charcoal

We bought to use to introduce 2 large dogs. We used this one for an American Bulldog and it is?easy to use and not even remotely as stressful as the ine that keeps their mouth completely shut.I was concerned that it went over the dogs eyes but it does nit seem to bother him and he is still able to breath, bark and talk so he is comfortable making it easy to introduce him to our other dog!

So far this product seems to be working really great for us. We bought this muzzle for our bulldog because he had tends to eat a lot of snow in the winter time and then has accidents inside the house so we got this as a way of helping prevent him from eating snow which also causes dogs to become dehydrated. So far so good! Great product!

I have a 70lb English bulldog and I ordered an XL.Perfect for my English bulldog when needed.The tongue hole is on the smaller side.She can eat treats throughout it but cannot drink water.My dog is very comfortable in it once she got use to it.

Bought this for my boxer. Her short, stubby nose makes it hard to find a muzzle that stays on her and doesn't freak her out. Looks a little extreme but a safe alternative when I can't keep my eyes on her constantly and I cant trust her training at the moment. She was able to pull it off of her head, but I remedied that with a small carabiner clipped to the back strap of the muzzle and clipped to the D ring on her collar.

I was nervous about buying the small size muzzle for my chug, because so many people seemed to have trouble with the small size being too small for their dogs. Her head, measured from the base of her jaw and around behind her ears was 12" right on the high end allowed by the small size. But I've had problems with sizes being too big on her before, since she's rather more petite and narrow than a 100% pug, so I went for it.This muzzle fits her perfectly, in fact, I had to tighten it up a bit. If your dog measures on the high end of the size allowance (12") and has a much wider face than my dog, though, I would get the medium, to give your dog's face a little more room. As I said, her face is very flat, but more narrow and delicate than that of a 100% pug.She can see, drink, lick, and pant with the muzzle on, and it allows me to treat her through the hole in the front. She can't eat or bite with the muzzle on.She doesn't seem to mind it very much, but she can get the muzzle off if she is left unattended for more than a few minutes, but muzzles are not meant to be worn without supervision, so that doesn't bother me.I have included some pictures of the fit, the shape of my dog's head, and the handy diagram on the back of the package that shows how to measure for the fit. Sorry for the bad image quality, the camera on my phone is not good.

Unfortunately the M is not a fit for my Shih Tzu. Way too big. She could bite thru the opening. Funny, not funny. I would recommend a small for anyone ordering for a dog this size. Otherwise, this is the best muzzle I have seen for dogs with short snouts.

I have a 10 pound Pekingese rescue dog who gets severe anxiety going to the vet. I have tried all kinds of flat nosed muzzles, including cat muzzles but she could get them all off.This muzzle, I can attach to her collar and she can't get it off (as easily - she is persistent and creative).

This muzzle is a must for someone with a short mugged, ass of a dog!!! My vet was so impressed with it's fit on my blind French Bulldog that he asked for the link so they could order some for the clinic.

I use this on my Boxer to cut his nails and it is the best thing I have ever bought. The muzzle is soft and doesn’t seem to upset him at all, in fact it makes him more relaxed and he doesn’t fight getting his nails trimmed. So thankful I finally tried this product. I totally recommend this muzzle for short snouted dogs.
