Initially Difficult then Remarkably Easy
These are super fun. They are perhaps the doofiest mode transportation imaginable but I couldn't care less: these rock. They're initially intimidatingly difficult to stand on. When you stumble they'll go flying off in random directions without you. They're quite heavy/well built so this makes them seem like threating projectiles. Once you "get" how they work though (took me like 30 minutes) they're SUPER easy to use.I suggest starting out on carpet (it makes things more stable). That will allow you to get your balance, and understand how you have to distribute your weight on your feet, you'll be good to go on hard surfaces.

Way cooler than you imagined!
I recently became enamored with hoverboards and use them regularly at work, but in the narrow hallways, it was really difficult to navigate around other people (especially other people on hoverboards!). Hovershoes are every bit as functional (and fun!) as a regular hoverboard, but far more manageable in tight spaces. There is also a definite "cool" factor with these. Hoverboards are old news, but people seem to be endlessly fascinated with hover shoes. They really are the next step in the evolutionary process for these type of devices. I really can't imagine anything better. These hover shoes are very sturdy. They are made mostly out of metal and feel very solid. They have plenty of power for indoor use (I haven't tried then outside) and are incredibly easy to ride due to their self-balancing feature. I have no issues stepping on and off of these hover shoes. I highly recommend them!

Solid.
The price is right for these, don't pay $500, get these. They are really fun, super awkward at first, but you get used to it, just power through. The main issue is the surface has to be totally flat, you're not attached, so if your by a curb, you have to get off. Or maybe rig up some kind of straps. When it comes to these types of devices you have to "trust" the tech, and after awhile these earn your trust they don't slip, and I weigh about 215 and I have zero issues. They seem every bit as capable as the $500 Ninebots.
