Literally truly five stars. Take out of box. Find USB port ON PC or, in my case, in a multi-USB dock, plug it in. Wait three seconds and YOU.ARE.DONE. It found whatever it needed to and was then immediately controllable just by the little control icon on the taskbar on the right on my Main Monitor. It can get LOUD.I thought it was too soft when I went t use it with Discord, but then I pulled up the Discord sound whatever and it was down so I turned it up and WOW I actually had to turn things DOWN as they got so loud. And Clear As A Bell!!! And it fits perfectly at the base of my monitor with a small enough height footprint to not even block my taskbar! And a GREAT price. EXCELLENT!

As useful as a spoon. Simple and effective in its design. The small footprint is highly appreciated in particular if your desk space is limited. Connected to a USB port it starts working right away. No hassles of any kind. It definitely is not a speaker for music or any content where you would expect a more broad and deep kind of sound. But for the daily tasks of a remote job or handling the routine tasks of a desk speaker, it delivers a clear sound at any volume. It is nice to find a piece of equipment that delivers what it promises with pure simplicity.

If you're faced with the decision of "have no audio" or "use this speaker", I'd tell you to use this speaker. If you're looking for a point of reference as to what kind of sound quality to expect, I'd say "slightly better than phone speakers." But I mean, it's cheap, idk what else you could expect. Furthermore though, I haven't had ANY issues with buzz or hum or any interference, and it's always worked, which I admire because so often anymore electronics on the cheap end of the spectrum tend to die out pretty quick. I've had mine for about a year and use it any time I take my PC places as a convenient portable option for sound and it's been rock solid.

Love that the speaker only has one cord, a usb, to plug in. Limited desk top space, so I placed it behind the monitor, and the sound is still great! Really, the best I have ever had. I already ordered a second one to replace the speaker on my other computer.

Great sound quality and it is quite loud for its size. I find myself setting my volume at or below 50% due to loudness of this speaker. Words are crisp and clear. Doesn’t sound like it has a ton of base while people are speaking, but changes to a great base quality with music. I am very, very pleased with this product.I move from teams and zoom conference calls all day and play some music in between and it has more than met my expectations. For the price, I was afraid I may get a stinker, but I have been pleasantly surprised.

This is a great little speaker! As others have said, I'd prefer an external volume control, but then it isn't a big deal to have to change volume via computer either. Great little speaker: good sound quality & easy enough to use. Truly plug and play. Glad I have it : )

This speaker is better than the last one I got, but that one was much cheaper and I had to return it. So the bar was not all that high after dealing with that awful speaker unit. I got this one because it was shaped differently, and also because it had a long cord. The sound is pretty good. The speaker is plenty loud for what I use it for.The knock is that the speaker doesn't have a volume control. Sometimes I want the volume louder than my computer speakers, but not quite as loud as the fixed level in this speaker. My own computer speakers are usually loud enough, but there are times when they are not loud enough. Without the volume control to turn it down, I don't see me using the speakers as often as I thought I would.

I like the volume and ease of use of this speaker. However it was constantly disconnecting. Then I wiggled the plug. It can now connect if this is done in a certain way. It is also a very tight fit in the port on another laptop . Fingers crossed I will get at least a year of service
