The look of the item was great - But mine may have been faulty, as the pieces could not be assembled correctly, making the bench wobbly. So, I want to return the item, and the seller advertises free returns. Good. Luck. I'm still in contact with them, and they are now asking if I have a video of myself assembling the product and pictures. Who takes a video of themselves assembling a thing or doing a random task?! We live in a strange world, but no, I didn't take a video of myself for this endeavor. I justtttttttt want to return the dang thing. They've messaged me three times wanting further clarification of what exactly is wrong and asked me if I can I get a contractor to fix it for me....WHAT. Look. I don't write reviews. Part of this is just therapeutic at this point. I hope if you buy this, it is super stable and you get lots of use out of it, because it sure as heck looks fun. But also, I hope it works ....because if you have to even THINK about returning it - it'll be an uphill battle. 3 stars just because I'm not a big meany head and it looks like it would be fun.

I had to pay my general contractor to complete the assembly of this item because the last screw would not thread to secure the leg--bench was not able to be used in this condition. Now that my general contractor has completed the assembly the bench is stable, nice, and as described.. If I did not have someone to help me I would have had to mail the entire item back to the seller rather than receive a few replacement parts. Was not so convenient and cost me a little more to pay someone to complete the assembly. Seller was very responsive via email regarding my concerns.

Very happy with this purchase. Easy to put together and very practical to use.

I was able to return this with no trouble at all so that’s a plus. I am grateful for the return. However, the veneer was peeling off of the leg before I even put it together. The box seem to have been opened before. I ended spending the extra money and got the name brand.

Seems well made but missing hardware so I can’t assemble it.

Small wooden pegs crack and break to easily. They could be made of plastic and be more durable.Metal threaded inserts are difficult to line up in the pre-drilled holesI finally threw it on the ground and will put in the garbage tomorrow.I like the idea of this product but will now find one that is sturdy and reliable.This product does not instill confidence it will support my weight

This is a really awful purchase. I feel scammed.The wood grain is scuffed and chipped in many places. The screws do not fit properly and the chair can fall apart at any minute if I don't ensure that the screws are pushed into place. The chair doesn't sit level to the ground so it rocks back-and-forth when I use it. Save your money or buy a different option.
