I'm someone whose never messed with wires before, outside of putting a plug in a wall outlet... I started out by watching a video on how to switch out a ceiling fan. While working through the instructions provided, I got to the point of connecting the wires and got a little nervous (had my husband show me how to cap the wires properly while he was repairing our washing machine), and everything else went super smoothly. Everything needed is provided minus the wire cutters. Saved additional money on installing this inexpensive fan myself and am thinking about wearing gloves in bed, while it's running on the highest setting, even though our A/C is set to 74 in this Florida weather!

I've never installed a ceiling fan before so was a little nervous going in to this- but watching a couple YouTube videos and following the instructions made the process relatively uncomplicated. Got two of them installed in a couple of hours. Even then someone with more experience could get them done faster- I took my time and a break here and there. These are good for small rooms 11x12, 9x10, etc. I think anything larger and you'd want a 42" blade instead.

This fan is small but the tilt of the blades makes it really plow the air to keep it moving. It is quiet and stylish. I was looking for more of a driftwood color as pictured but I would call it a darker aged barn wood look. It still looks okay with our vibe so we kept it, but you should know it is darker than pictured. Easy to install for a ceiling fan virgin (but experienced diy-er) with straightforward instructions. So far cute and effective and may purchase another for our small home office.

I needed this small fan because the room itself is small, and short at under 8 feet. Although neither the ads nor the instructions included the option of close mounting (without any down rod at all), the fan itself was obviously manufactured with this in mind. The ceiling cover part had a plastic ring covering three screw holes which matched a fitting on the fan motor top. I simply popped out the plastic, twisted three screws, and mounted the whole assembly at once onto the ceiling box. (Note, there is no obvious hook to hold it while you connect the wires, but honestly I could easily hold it in one hand while I slipped the four wires into Wago connectors and clipped them tight.)I was able to mount these blades just about as high as they can get. It works well for my needs.

This review comes from a ceiling fan hater! Don't judge me lol. I bought this little fan to help disperse the ac around the room without feeling like a storm was blowing inside. It did the trick. The room feels 20 degrees cooler now. It looks cute too in a 15x15ish open floor plan room adjacent to the kitchen.My husband likes it so much he wants one in the bedroom....uh no. For everyone that doesn't like the look of a bulky fan in the ceiling...try this one. The light is surprisingly brighter than I thought it would be too.

This fan had great step by step instructions. Easiest ceiling fan I ever put up. I wish it had been slightly bigger, but it was going in my bathroom, the size was good is enough. Thank you for the work to make it go flawlessly simple. I would use your brand again. Oh yeah, it's very quiet, too. You never hear it. And blades are balanced well.

This is a great little fan. The finish is great, has a rustic modern appeal. We installed it in our cottage and fits the 8x8' room perfect. It's quiet enough to have on high speed and not disturb your sleep, although we find the low speed is enough to circulate the air around. My husband is an electrician and said this was no more difficult or easier to install then any other fan.

Easy install, it runs quiet and smooth, simple design, looks good, & there is good airflow from fan. Good low profile ceiling fan for a small room.

Awkwardly small, very annoying to assemble so we’re just going to keep it for now as the fan works well.

It was easy to install and it makes no weird sounds. Small enough for the baby's room. The only thing is that if you pull the strings too hard it will move a bit. Just control your strenght and you'll be happy.
