Works well in recipes and it is a healthy addition to any recipe. The price was fair and It was fresh and sealed properly.

Bought the wheat germs for the first time after reading about their health benefits especially low glycemic index. Replaced rice with wheat germs and cooking and using them the same way. Cooked them in the rice cooker with water (1:1) and they turned out to be light and fluffy. Hoping to cut out rice mostly if not completely for a few months. Will buy more of these.

The package of four took weeks to arrive but it’s a product I use daily so I trust it. If you’re concerned about your health and longevity wheat germ or spermicide should be part of your regimen.

I toss a handful in my bread recipe. It made it taste better. I keep doing it. The price on Amazon is better than at my local grocery store.

Refilled my empty 12 oz jar of wheat germ i bought at Walmart and still had 1/3 of a bag left so is a much better deal than the wheat germ from Walmart and cost less also, good stuff!!
