(1 Skein) Lion Brand Yarn Coboo Yarn, Taupe

This yarn has a tiny bit of sheen, without being actually shiny. It lends a richness to the color that I really like. The texture is also good, and it holds together well; no split strands. The price was pretty good, too. The gauge size seems to be accurate, and it has the right amount of stretch. I mainly got it because it was almost the same color as some other yarn that I ran out of, and I didn't know what brand it was to replace it exactly. Well, the color in the picture was very accurate, and it's nicer to look at than the one I replaced. I think I will buy from this line again.

I made a sweater and needed this for knitting contrast on the neck and armholes. Glad to find it and am completing my sweater now! If you use this yarn, be warned that your project will “grow”. This is the second sweater I’ve made over the same pattern, and I downsized my needles and number of stitches. But the yarn is really soft and comfortable for a clothing project.

I used Caboo yarn for market bags I made for friends and family. I can’t comment on stitch definition as the pattern I had was a lacy look. I would use it again if I choose to make more market bags.

Very soft yarn but I was surprised by how SMALL it was, so beware before buying this product it's very small for the price.

I love this soft cotton yarn. It drapes beautifully and feels very high-quality. I made a skirt from two colors of this and plan on ordering more soon. There is potential for splitting but I had no problems and I just taught myself to crochet last year. I only wish they made more bright colors.

This yarn is extremely soft and has a lovely drape. I crocheted a hat for my friend, and it is one of her favorites. That being said, I would not recommend it for someone new to crochet, as it can be a little tricky to work with if you aren't used to yarns that are a little finicky.

Thinner texture than I expected & not as soft as I expected either. It’s fine for a washcloth, but not a blanket or hat or scarf.

This yarn is a cotton and bamboo mix, and it feels very soft and smooth. I like it.
