Mediocre results
We used to swear by this Hartz F&T powder up north in MD/Wv area's, but having moved down south it seems to be very inadequate. Previously one container would take care of everything, bedding, carpets etc. Here outside of Panama City though, it is not lasting seven hours! It has been 1 1/2 weeks since the product has been used, in addition to the Hartz F&T Shampoo and sprays to kill eggs and the laundry routine. The power will work for a short time; the next morning it is right back to the day before. However because there are so many lethal chemicals involved I have backed off applying the powders to the dogs too frequently. This will probably be the last time I go with any Hartz product.

Finally!!!
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on different brands of collars, shampoos, drops, and sprays for my dogs, and sprays and powders for my house, but I was seeing no change in the fleas on my dogs. I stumbled across this and thought “what’s $5??” It actually worked after one application. I applied it twice the first week and I’m sprinkling some on for maintenance occasionally. I’m also spraying their beds. I definitely recommend trying this.My only complaint is the holes are a little too big, so it’s hard to control the amount and placement of the powder. This is a must have in my house regardless.

Horrible idea on my part
I used this product a while ago, on my dog. She was itching almost constantly and we tried to narrow down the causes by starting with a flea and tick treatment. I used this a few times, and it never got any easier. You have to, essentially, use gloves and wear a mask when you're applying it onto your dog. It's time consuming, and difficult to apply onto the skin of your dog. I've since switched to a different flea and tick treatment for my dog, and it's way easier and gives more protection than this did. I don't recommend.

Flea killer that works.
I like this because it lasts longer than sprays or shampoos and is pretty easy to apply. Fleas are a major irritation here, so anything that lasts longer than a day on the dog is great. The added benefit is that whatever falls off on my carpeting appears to help control fleas that have moved inside and are trying to take up residence. Since using this I haven’t had a carpet flea problem. For awhile I was spraying and vacuuming ever week just for fleas.

Great for getting rid of fleas.
This is another hard to find item in the stores. I find it works best on my little princess. Apply it outside though. The fleas jump off and you don't want them jumping off in your house.

Flea and Tick No more...
I've used this specific brand of products for years. Recently, it has become more difficult to find the Hartz brand. The claims is that it will protect from fleas/ticks for up to 7 days. So far, this is very accurate. My pup is scratching much less and able to actually sleep at night. Furbaby is happy and so am I.

Rediculously expensive
I bought this for my cat. Exactly same ingrediants as Cat Flea Powder. Price should have been $4 or $5. At more than twice that it is egregiously overpriced. But I couldn't find it anywhere else. Not even Walmart.

Your dog can shake this stuff right off; but it works.
This is a very starchy powder. The only thing I felt like didn’t help much was that my yorkie can shake this stuff right off.. I was scared at first because he kept wanting to lick it. It works great for the flea prevention. Just make sure you watch how the dog reacts to it.
