Coaster Furniture Asymmetrical Bookcase with Cube Storage Compartments White 801169

I had purchased this product at another location and loved it. I reordered it currently. It came damaged and falling out of the box. I built it anyway and requested a missing part and a couple damaged part replacements. It has been several weeks now, with no response from the company, and me sitting with a incomplete damaged product. Not happy.

It looks as described- mostly. The instructions said 120 minutes to assemble. It actually took me five hours, but okay. Two of the doors do not close properly, and one the screw broke off so I'm not sure how to fix that. It does say to anchor it to the wall, but there is a huge design flaw on how the bottom is set up so that it is very unstable just sitting there (there is a board that goes along the length of the bottom, but it is in the middle of the base so it teeters on that). It is cute, and holds my cats things like I wanted it to. But I will have to make some adjustments so that it is stable enough for him to jump up the stairs like I had intended as well.

Several pieces came damaged but I was still able to assemble the shelf. Overall I do love it - it looks really good in my room and is very functional. I was just unhappy about the damaged pieces.

All corners of box were dented which damaged some of the corners of the cabinet. Package did not contain directions but fortunately I have built enough similar products that I could figure it out. At the very end I started working on the drawers, only to find out the one of the drawer fronts was missing. I contacted coaster and the refused to help. They said it was too large a part, which is interesting given that the front of the drawer is the smallest price there is besides the hardware! I am very frustrated and do NOT recommend this product.

This bookcase looks beautiful in our renovated guest room. Although it did take a while to put together, the directions were clear and the process went smoothly. Considering the size and weight of the package, we were quite pleased that it arrived undamaged. We appreciated the fact that the Seller took extra precautions before shipping it. It does hold quite a bit, and we love that it has doors and drawers to minimize that "cluttered look". Very happy with this purchase.

Was looking for a unique storage solution to complement the other furniture in my home office and found this shelf system. Stylish look and the fact that it had sections with doors sold me. Very easy to assemble and extremely sturdy!

My daughter loved it. It is sturdy enough. And the price is very good.I didn't pay attention to this when I ordered but you can assemble it left or right.Assembly was easy enough, it took me close to 3 hours.
