Comfy, second time ordering product but first time with this seller. Go bigger, sizes are Asian. No directions so refer to the picture.

This back brace works great, glad i invested in it. The only thing i didn't like was after 2 months the velcro started to wear and did not stick well.

Not really very comfortable if you want to wear under clothes.It is little hard to figure out how to put this thing on.
