Excellent so far!
The first review was a mistake as I thought I was reviewing for a different item that I never received.But this item, The Santa Medical Finger Pulse Oximeter, has worked great so far. It’s sturdy, well made, easy to use, and is accurate. It has a pleasant appearance and was packaged well. It does not have a carrying case. I’m very pleased with it!

Easy to setup. Easy to ready. Shows 02, heart rate and infusion PI. Great value.

Great Pulse Oximeter
I use this for my elderly parents when they don't feel well (to see if anything obvious is making them ill). It works very well and has even been used by the Paramedics when they were called to my parents home on several occasions.

Not sure how accurate these are, but I bought it, because it got decent ratings.
