Q: How long does this take to bond? I can't get it to stick.

It's a polyurethane glue and needs water to bond. Moisten the objects to be glued, if the item is not porous, sand lightly to roughen the surfaces so water can stick in the grooves.

Q: Will this bond plastic to concrete?
