I'm very happy with this hydration pack. At first, it leaked, but I was able to stop it by tightening the bottom connection from the tube to the bag. Keep tightening that connector until you can't see the black rubber washer at all. It will seem like you're over-tightening, but you're not. This creates the seal, and it won't leak after that. Also, make sure you bite down on the mouthpiece before use. that opens the piece and allows water to flow through.The pack is nicely made, has a nice, wide open mouth for adding ice or ease of cleaning. It has a separate front pouch for carrying small items.Overall, a really great pack- especially for the low price!

I need to stay hydrated more so than the average person. I purchased this water bag in hopes that it would help me with my hydration needs. I was very disappointed in it's quality. This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. The water bladder that is included does not allow for the bag to be fully filled. It also leaks.

Good quality. Wish it was a bit larger of a bag to hold more gear but still better than what we saw at Walmart! Perfect for a couple mile hike for our kids!

I bought these for my four children, because I mistakenly thought I could get away with a cheaper water pack for our family hikes. I was very wrong. The pack is fine for a cheap water backpack, the water bladder leaks profusely! It is to the point that all of my children were soaked within minutes of starting our hike. My husband and I both checked the bladders during the hike and couldn't see a reason for them to be leaking so badly, we had to empty them completely just to hike back to the car. When we got home we tried to see if there was a problem with the connection on the hose and still could not solve the problem. Do not buy these, unless you like throwing your money away!

The hydration bladder is incredibly hard to get water out of. I hiked this weekend and out of the two liters of water I didn’t even drink 1/4 of a liter because it wouldn’t release anything. Will not use it again. If anything I’ll buy a bottle of water and put it in the backpack and leave the bladder at home.

This item came with loose stitching, a broken zipper, and a water bladder that was defective. It leaked everywhere and nothing would come out of the straw. Was in Las Vegas for a festival and I ended up soaking wet and then paying a lot for bottles of water because of these issues. Very disappointing!

Bought this before our weekend trip to Kings & Sequoia National Park and it was great! I recommend washing out the bladder real well, but it does have a plastic taste the first time. It has a little bit of extra room and a smaller pocket in front. We put our windbreakers in it and some hiking snacks. I also recommend putting the the hose all the way through and then putting it back through the reflective loop so it stays up. It can drip from all the walking and bouncing.

Great idea! I like the idea of having the pack on my arm instead of a backpack. However, the bladder leaked!!!. I contacted the seller and suggested they just send me a replacement bladder for the defective one I got. Seller is impressively Proffesional and they promptly responded and replaced the defective bladder with a new one!Works fantastic for my purposes!

Did what it needed to . Does take a bit of getting used to and didn't have that horrible taste others have.

The armband is a really nice idea but I wish it was smaller as it is uncomfortable to wear.

Great small backpack for day trips it is quite slim though. Enough space for a couple snacks and the 2 L pouch.
