Bosch R2543 Activated Carbon Cabin Filter, Replacement Filter - Against Unpleasant Smells, Pollen and Dust for Cleaner Air Inside the Vehicle

Have purchased Bosch filters multiple times before for my current and previous cars too. You can't go wrong with them = it's great quality for a decent price and from a reputable brand. - EAsy to install - the most difficult part would always be in any car to open your filter housing/compartment. I've seen both easy and supper annoying but this has nothing to do with filter itself. - Quality - and you can see it too. You just looks at the new filter, hold it in your hands and if you've seen cheap filters before especially - then you will be able to tell the difference straight away. It is a well made product. - No smells! I like it very much in this regard as in Ireland needless to say it's quite wet, but still, even after longer stays the interior does not start to smell like mould, neither such smells come up when you switch the A/C on. - Fits perfectly as advertised, in my case skoda superb mk3. - Long life. What I mean by that is - despite changing them every year, and I can see the dust and debris the filter accumulates, still if I would want to give it a gentle clean and especially blow it with air using a compressor - it would look just like lightly used :) Great filters at a reasonable price! This cabin filter by Bosch feels of really high quality and was really easy to install into my car (which is a Golf GTI MK7.5). The filter slid straight into place of the original filter without much resistance and the clear airflow arrows on it was helpful as it tells you which way to put it in without any guesswork. The whole process itself took less than 5 minutes altogether for me making this a stress free bit of maintenance for myself which I can easy do in the future by myself now. Once fitted, the difference in the air inside the car was immediately recognisable. My heater now delivers a far cleaner flow of air and there is genuinely a pleasant freshness blowing from the vents that was not there before with the old filter. It states that it tackles things such as dust and exhaust smells which I have noticed these improvements on those longer drives or when in slow moving traffic. What stands out for me most is how much more comfortable the cabin feels overall. The activated carbon layer seems to do its job at reducing lingering odours, leaving the space in my car feels cleaner and more breathable. For such a small and inexpensive part, the upgrade in comfort is second to none and is definitely something I would happily purchase again.

This filter is good quality, certainly seems to be original Bosch. Even includes fitting instructions. After fitting it the ventilation in my Seat Leon run more quietly. And it arrived sooner than expected. Good vendor, good product, good price!

The cabin filter in the seat Leon mk3 is difficult to get too. But once in, the installation is easy (wish I had taken pictures) does the job and it is very high quality as all Bosch’s products. Fits all Seat Leon mk3 2012-2019.

The filter is a perfect fit, and good quality for my VW Golf mi7. Will be ordering one again for the next service.

Cabin Filter, fits perfectly well in my skoda 2018 vrs Octavia. Usual high bosch quality. Great value.
