Excellent Function
Finally I found this item as I want to have a few weeks ago. The product is easy to install cartridge and price is very good compare with Tazer"s as well. It"s so easy for me to use this immediately. It is provides reliable material protection and was made for drop-resistant materials against whatever you may drop off it. It is the right product for ultimate defense as I think.

Failed to work when needed
Item worked when first purchased (Nov 16,2017). It is kept inside, temperature controlled, in easy reach for my wife & mother if needed. It failed to work when needed 2 months ago, even with fresh batteries, & I got bit by a viscous dog on a walk...not happy. Better me than them & now I am out 122$ & still have to buy a substitute.

Great product for the price
I've had one of these for years and this is my second purchase. I've never had to use it, but feel like it would get the job done. The snap on cartridge is ok, but I wish there was a "snap sound" when installing the cartridge(it simply pushes onto the prongs). A practice cartridge would be nice but at this price none are included, only the single cartridge pictured. I practiced with my old ( over 10 yrs.) cartridge, but wonder if the new ones are any different during deployment. Note: Cartridges are suppose to be replaced every year regardless of use.

Well packaged, and good product! I recommend it
I bought this Dual Defense System for my house for protection. The packing was well packaged. Also came with the how to install manual, which was thoroughly written. It was easy to understand. Also it came with 1 practice target. I would recommend this product to those who wants to have it for protection in the house. It does exactly what it suppose to do.
