Good product, suitable for vegans
I like the ingredients in this product, including chamomile, magnesium and B vitamins. At worst, this product will do no harm and will behave as a multivitamin supplement. At best, you will notice better sleep. I personally didn't have any issues with sleep before, so I cannot directly comment on that. However, I still like this product and regularly take it in the evenings before bed.
