Great recommendation, this actually worked to solve my endurance issue
This is an effective supplement! It dissolves easily but may settle to the bottom, so just shake your drink a bit. No tummy trouble. The taste isn't great but I drink it in my shake and don't really care. It is excellently effective. Without being cranked on caffeine I can now bike up a mountain and don't have to stop to rest nearly as much because my muscles just keep outputting power. I'm impressed. ChatGPT recommended it and also this brand and turns out it works. My wife took a serving before our 5K and she felt like her muscles were indeed oxygenated pretty decently the whole way, she got a surprisingly good time.

LIFE SAVER!!
This product was literally a life saver for me. Coming off a long-term care for my father, I was drained physically and mentally. Did not want to go on anti-depressants that my pa wanted me to go on, I was desperate for alternatives and when I tried this my thinking was clearer and physically my body aches and pains went away and sexually my erections returned to normal. I am a believer in this product.

Reviewed with other Bulk Supplements products in an attempt to recreate a favorite pre-workout blend
I train fasted every morning, and combine my pre-workout with BCAAs with Glutamine to prevent soreness and muscle loss. The fasted training requires that my pre-workout be as devoid as possible of calories. After trying several different pre-workout supplements that met that profile, I found one that I felt worked pretty well and delivered on its promises. It produced a great pump and a smooth energy boost with no jitters or crash. There were two things about it that bothered me a little bit though - the price per dose, and the fact that it included 350mg of caffeine. I tolerate caffeine well, but wanted the option to reduce it or eliminate it for low/no caffeine days, or on days when I can predict that I'll be drinking lots of coffee at work.In an attempt to recreate the formula of my favorite product, but sans-caffeine and at a lower price per dose, I purchased the following Bulk Supplements products from Amazon and combined them in the following amounts:Pure Betatine Anhydrous 250grams package: 1 teaspoonPure L-Citruline DL Malate 2:1 powder 500 grams package: 1 tablespoonPure Beta Alanine powder 500grams package: 1 teaspoon*Note that the amounts above are much greater than the recommended amounts on the Bulk Supplements product labels, but are very close to the dosages in the product I was using. The product that I was using also included L-Ornathine, also available from Bulk Supplements brand. I may purchase the 250gram package of that at a later date and add to the cocktail at an amount of just under 1 teaspoon per dose.So far, the experience of my experiment has been positive. Most importantly, I feel the effect of my cocktail is about the same - great pump, no soreness, comparable increase in energy and stamina as opposed to without. When I feel the need for caffeine, I take a single 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous pill that I also bought from Amazon (100 for six dollars). As far as cost goes, the stuff I was using is about two dollars per serving. With the sizes that I purchased and the amounts that I'm using, my blend costs about seventy two cents per serving (less than half). If I were to add the L-Ornithine, the new cost would be just under a dollar a serving (still less than half). The powders dissolve easily in filtered water. In 10-12 oz, my cocktail is about as acidic as strong lemonade and no less palatable. I tried it once without adding the BCAA+G and found that it was drinkable as-is; acidic, but not bitter or fowl-tasting. I tried adding pure stevia leaf extract (without erithrytol or other artificial sweeteners), but without the benefit of a flavor to enhance, that didn't really provide a flavor improvement. Perhaps some lemon extract might have coupled with the sweetener to make a nice blend. I purposely drink my mix before brushing my teeth in the morning, as I felt that drinking it afterward might have caused some sensitivity.Regarding the packaging, I imagine it's very important to keep moisture out. To this end, some might find fault with the locking seal provided on the bags the products are packaged in. They can get fouled by the powder getting in the track during shipping. I simply cleaned the track out by using the thin back end of the cheap metal measuring spoons that I use (from Walmart). I suppose the tip of a keen knife would work also, but at risk of cutting through. The Betatine started to develop a clump or two on top, so I put a silica bag inside to absorb any moisture that I was unintentionally introducing to the bag and haven't found any additional clumps since.I'm providing this same review for all the components of my blend, as I can't honestly review each of them individually, never having tried any of them in isolation. If I add the Ornithine, I'll provide an update.

TL;DR: Looks Good, Feels Good (taste is tart and MIGHT make me pee more)
In this review I will do my best to cover two main points: Quality/Delivery, Taste, and Potential Impact on my workouts. Background and Quality:I tried citrulline malate because I had read about it's usefulness as both a vasodilator and as a promoter of arginine production in the body, and I tried BulkSupplements Citrulline Malate because of the price-per-serving. I began taking 2x the dosage (6-7g) this past week along with my Naked Energy unflavored pre-workout and was very impressed overall. Upon opening the bag I found that the powder was very fine and without any clumping. Dosing it is more difficult with BulkSupplements because they do not include a scoop, however that was easily rectified by just measuring it out on my kitchen scale. I was extremely surprised and excited to find that despite the relatively large amount of CitMal that I had pulled out of the bag, all of it was able to dissolve fully in a cup of approx. 8-10 oz cold water. I was even more impressed when I was able to mix my 5g of pre-workout into the same cup and despite the atrociously bitter and unrecognizable taste of unflavored pre-workout, I was able to actually A) drink the glass without praying to god that the taste won't make me vomit and B) Make a flavor association to something that I've eaten before, which actually made it considerably more palatable.Taste:It is important to remember that these supplements are not made with taste in mind. That being said, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the CitMal seemed to completely mask my pre-workout's ungodly bitterness, and rounded it out to taste very similar to a Warhead sour candy. Because of this, I was actually able to drink the cup somewhat normally rather than have to use my -take 5 sips, chase with water and repeat- method that I was doing with my pre-workout before. If you are not good with the tart taste of a warhead, you may want to find something to mix this with that isn't water. If like me you are totally cool with drinking something that's between lemonade without sugar and a liquid Warhead or you think you would enjoy the nostalgia that it brings about reminiscent of popping one of those nasty suckers into your mouth for until the sour fades, this is the perfect pre-workout product for you.Potential Impact on Workout:I want to put in a quick disclaimer that it isn't going to be entirely possible to completely distinguish the effects of my pre-workout versus the CitMal, but I'll do my best. After beginning my double dose of CitMal before my workout, I didn't notice a huge difference between my level of energy before starting the CitMal (when I was only taking pre-workout) and after the CitMal was added. the HUGE difference that I noticed was how I felt between sets. I found my muscles burning and asking me to end my set, but within a minute or two of putting down the weight, it felt almost as if I hadn't done the prior set in the first place. This insanely fast recovery was extremely beneficial for helping me get through my workout efficiently, and without leaving me feeling dead on my way out of the gym. Additionally, the amount of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness) was significantly lower and left me feeling not only good about myself, but also confident that I could do anything I wanted or needed to do all week long without being hindered by breathtakingly sore muscles. The final bonus for this product was that it allowed me to maintain my energy throughout the entire day. I would leave the gym breathing heavily and within a couple of minutes I felt similar to the way I did going into the gym. I was thoroughly impressed.Side Effects:Here's the rub--I am pretty sure that I started sweating more in the gym after starting this product, and I also noticed that I have had to use at least one of my breaks between sets to go pee mid-workout. I think that this is in-part due to the CitMal, however I did also start drinking a bit more water before going to the gym so I'm guessing it's a combination. Anyway, good luck finding the product that is right for you, and good luck on your workout! may the gainz be with you.
