Really easy to swallow and not too large of vitamins. Seems to be working without any negative reactions or side effects.

Vitamin D is essential in everyday life. There are very few people who can have their vitamin D drawn and have normal levels. Most of us here in the US don't get enough vitamin D and end up needing some extra supplements. This is a pretty high amount of vitamin D. I actually prefer this better than what my doctors prescribe for me. These are capsules that are easy to swallow, as opposed to the tiny little pills that are round and get stuck on your tongue. This is one of those bags that you can keep it in, or refill an empty bottle of vitamin D. It's a 3 month supply for $13. That is an excellent price for a high potency vitamin D. If you are not out in the sun daily, or not out in the sun daily for at least an hour to get the right amount of vitamin D, then you should take these for sure. There are no negative side effects. I don't have any side effects actually. Vitamin D also helps with immunity, so you may boost your immune system from the dreaded c word. It can't hurt to take though. These are good 5 star quality vitamin D pills for a great price.

Easy to swallow
These supplements are highly recommended. The supplements are easy to swallow as you receive a great dose of sunshine. There isn’t an after taste.

They’re doing the trick!
Most importantly I know these are doing their job. I am chronically vitamin d deficient so my dr. tests me once a year and switching to these has kept my vitamin D level in my blood exactly where it should be.

High dosage
Like the high potency. Love the capsules. Do not like the pkging. Once opened, they need to be place in anothet container.

Good value for 90 days....
I've been taking this supplement for about 10 days and it seems to be just as good as my regular D3 supplement as I have not felt any difference. That means it must be working the same and my body is happy with it. At 5000 IU of vitamin D3, this supplies me with a daily dose which is not too high and not too low.Vitamin D3 does a world of good for the body and those who take it generally experience less illness and a good immune booster along with helping the heart and bones and tissues to work perfectly within our system. I will purchase this again as the price point fits my budget.

No Problems Here

My Last Blood Test Indicated Low Vitamin D
My last blood test indicated a low level of vitamin D. I ordered these DSO Vitamin D3 5,000 IU immediately. They arrived well packed and quickly. They are easy to swallow and have a neutral taste to me. My wife, who had already been taking a vitamin D supplement has also started to take these. She has noticed no difference, although this has a slightly higher amount of vitamin D. My next blood test next month will be very interesting.
