1500x1 Live Ladybugs - Good Bugs - Ladybugs for Garden - Guaranteed Live Delivery!

One of my trees was dripping some stuff. My mom said it was aphids and told me to get some ladybugs. These worked great! I am assuming it took care of the problem since I have not seen anything else dripping.

This package arrived in L.A. with no issues and about a 95% survival rate. Releasing these bugs into my garden at sunset was just about the most fun I've had so far this year. Two days later, I can only see about a dozen of them, but I'm sure they are in the area doing lots of good work. I know that there are plenty of aphids and some scale to keep them busy. I will probably do this a couple more times during the summer simply because it's so neat! I have also used praying mantis in the past, but so far the ladybugs seem to be a lot more industrious. I was worried about these little guys as I ended up buying them when most of the country was in a terrible heat wave, but there was lots of movement in the box upon arrival.I followed the instruction of watering the garden and releasing in the evening to keep them from flying away, but, unfortunately, after only a couple of days I could only find 1 lonely ladybug in my entire garden. I tried my best to keep them happy, but sadly they seem to have found a better place to call home.I have a slight hope that they had a chance to lay some eggs on their first night here.

All in all I would say this was a good buy. There were of course some dead ladybugs in the package but by and large they were almost all alive and lively. I just took some scissors and cut the corner of the package open and let them crawl out onto my crape myrtle tree and they gobbled up pretty much all of the lace wings and aphids. They did arrive within the allotted time frame. My only complaint would be that since they are live bugs, I wish they would have arrived a little sooner being as how it was so terribly hot out that week.

Live ladybugs... just like it sounds! Arrived expertly packaged with plenty of little ladybugs, along with instructions! Most of them hung around for a day and did leave but not really the fault of the seller, I think our aphid situation wasn't as bad as I anticipated- if there's no food they will seek it elsewhere. I was so excited that I didn't keep any in the fridge, which the instructions said I could have done to preserve some to not release them all at once. Releasing them was really quite fun though, would definitely purchase again if I felt our garden needed some more natural pest control!

I Ike that all the lady bugs arrived alive. They started to munch on the aphids, but a week later, i do not see any of them hanging around and watching over my trees.Maybe there should be a bait or something that will keep them near the tree you want to protect. I like the fact that i am not adding chemicals to control the aphids, but unfortunately after the first week, aphids came back and i have to go back to using a chemical spray. I added the “ladybug house” but they moved away anyway, this is not the fault of the vendor, you get what you pay for, but it would be nice if there were a product or “bait” that will keep them standing sentry over my trees, for a season or even a month.

I ordered lady bugs for the 2nd year. We have had a problem with spider mites. They helped a lot last year with reducing defoliation caused by the mites. When I ordered the bugs this year, most arrived dead. It was a super hot day so I anticipated they died in route. I contacted the company rather than writing a bad review. They responded immediately and promptly sent me a new order with beautiful live lady bugs that did their job. Thank you you so much for great customer service.
