This is without doubt the worst item of consumer electrics I have ever seen it arrived damaged ( on/off) made with poor quality materials. The main body buckles / moves when you hold it. I am embarrassed to put this in my bin, there’s cheap get what you pay for then there’s this.

Cheap so you get what you pay for.The plug adaptor is multi for all countries in world So for our 3 pin plug in UK a bit of plastic folds down to make it a 3 pin.Not cordless so need to plug in.Instructuons show oil included for lube no oil included .On off switch just falls off doesnt fit securely .Now head changes fall off as well.Gets hot quickly use max 10mins as gives up.Badly made very cheap .You would get better value in a christmas cracker.Avoid and pay more for a cordless established brand.Very annoyed with myself for buying this rubbish.

This is possibly one of the most atrocious products I’ve ever purchased. I’m insulted I’ve paid actual money for it.I used it to cut my partners hair. Within 10 minutes of using the clippers, the whole unit had become exceptionally hot, almost too hot to hold and a smell of electrical burning was in the air. Seconds after this the actual blade came loose from the device and almost caused my partner injuries as it was moving back and forth very fast now out of its safe operating location.I can’t stress enough that you should NOT waste your money on this product. Frankly it is dangerous and if it doesn’t slice your head open will almost certainly cause an electrical fire. I’ve only given one star because I can’t give none.

Fantastic speedy service, arrived well before time. very easy to use, great value for money, only down side is it's advertised on box with bottle of oil to keep blades clean and lubricated, had e-mailed company but no joy. saying that i would recommend to buy.

It took over 6 weeks to arrive. The comb was broken and the oil was missing from the package when it arrived. Scissors is in such a bad state we won't use it! Plug wouldn't sit in the socket properly, so the electricity kept cutting out and the cut was so bad using the blade/combs that I had to cut my husband's hair using an old hair scissors we had before I even ordered this.

Do NOT buy. Box that product came in was damaged and cellotaped together. When I opened up box there it was wrapped in what looked like the original packing, however must of been pre loved or sent back as a return as the shaver already had hair on it. Cleaned it up as hubby was desperate for a haircut only to have it overheat within two minutes and have it cut out repeatedly. No oil to put on blades either. Not to mention it hardly cut anything and cagged. Waste of money and don't want to spend any more time with the useless thing by sending it back. Cutting my loses with this one.

These worked well enough to give a haircut during lockdown. The main issue was that they got very hot very quickly so I had to keep turning them off to let them cool down. It would also have been helpful if they had come with some oil for the blades (ended up using some 3 in 1 oil we had in the shed, but it doesn't smell good!)

Waste of £20. I guess you get what you pay for. They fell apart in my hands while I attempted to cut my husband's hair. Complete rubbish. Pay a little extra and get a nice pair of clippers if you need them. These ones aren't worth it.
