This is a good bar. I'm 190 lbs and it doesn't bend or wobble at all, and fits my door frame well. I suggest putting a cloth between the contact surfaces and the door frame to avoid leaving marks, but I would suggest that for most bars. The bar arrived without straps, but the company reached out to me proactively and let me know they would be sending straps. The straps and handles are decent quality and are able to support my weight, and the bar does not bend or give at all with the straps attached at the center point.

Please beware that the grip of these pull up bars are just are about 6 inches wide from door trim. Not good for individuals with wide shoulders as it may cause injury. I received a pinch nerve caused by my inner back muscles being compressed to much that it pinched a nerve. NOW my index finger is numb and I was diagnosed witha pinched nerve from my doctor. Please beware

The item arrived in used condition. One end cap is missing and the foam grip is worn down. The advertised resistance straps are not included.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble pull up bar. Did not come with resistance bands as advertised.

Still damaged door paint but not the wood frame itself. Very sturdy overall and I like the two height levels. Super easy to fold away and store it.
