Item is perfect as we have the haauk high chair it fits perfect on there for the little one. An can be put back into boucer mode easily

Great chair and love how much use you get out of it. Only thing I’d say is check the height against your table, our table was high so we needed a tray too but as a toddler seat is better as you can abject the level.

The assemble of this is a nighmare. On the instructions video it shows the seat and foot rest easly slide in where its not true at all. You need to unscrew the screw every time you want to adjust high and even when you do its very hard.Poor quality. Chips and marks everywhere.I would return this but I have no idea how to do it here. The return would cost me a fortune as its heavy😥

Loved this soft and cozy bouncer. Transfers easily from bouncing frame to high chair. Only complaint is no vibration on this chair..

This is great for the main reason we bought it as somewhere to put baby while we eat. But the screws are too large for the holes on the bouncer frame so the bouncer is completely unusable. I don't want to return the item, I just wanted a partial refund so I could buy some screws that fit myself, but Amazon won't give me that option or allow me to contact the seller.

This chair is excellent value and looks well. It's not as well built as some of the more expensive brands but that was to be expected.

Item arrived over one week late. Straps are not very safe / secure & when the box was opened there was a wasp(alive) trapped in the box, which wasn’t what we had ordered..
