Pristine Seas: Journeys to the Ocean's Last Wild Places

I got this for my 3 1/2 yr old grandson. He's very interested in the seas, sea life and loves identifying species of fish. We spent a long time looking at all of the pictures and identifying many of fish. Looking forward to delving further as he matures. Maps and facts will be great to explore together.

I purchased this book for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it! Beautiful pictures and very informative.

I heard the speaker/author of this book and he showed some slides from it. The pictures are just gorgeous!! I haven't read what he says about these different places and how they're being reclaimed. But I'm sure it'll be a good read as well.

The print is very small in this book for some reasons. There is plenty of room to use larger print. It detracts from the book. Some of the pictures are not in focus. Overall it is a very informative picture book, just difficult to read.

Gorgeous photography and wonderful information about the areas in our oceans that are still pure. A great book!

Beautiful coffee table book. Not enough serious text for me so I returned it.
