Wow! I couldn't be happier with this hood! Its beautiful, easy to use, easy installation instructions. Makes my kitchen look great!Update : I've had this hood for a few months now. This hood has made my life so much easier. There is no cons to this hood in my opinion. The hood works so well, it has 4 fan settings and there is no more lingering from cooking certain foods. It takes it right out of the room and helps clear the air. I have not cleaned the filter yet, but it is super easy to access.

It is lovely, works very well creates good lighting and will go perfect with our kitchen after we’re done remodeling. A little tip so it took me and my husband quite a long time to install this and a lot of sweat as well it’s not easy to put up even with two people as it is an island vent and if we could’ve afforded it we would have contracted a person to install it for us.

The unit looks nice where it didn’t come damaged. It also came with rusted frame pieces that I had to constantly email to replace them for two weeks. We sent photos where we had just opened the box and there they were, rusted. This is why I didn’t even bother trying to get the unit replaced because of how long it took just to get the rusted pieces replaced and we didn’t see the dented corner until it was installed; 2 days after the new frame came in.The install seemed easy, but that’s because I only watched the contractor do it.The fan is pretty loud but seems to do the job. The LEDs are bright and so is the digital clock.I gave it four stars because minus the BS of the frame and damage, I’d be completely satisfied.

Good product and easy enough to install. I found their YouTube page with exact instructions on how to install which helped a lot more then the written ones provided. The time is 12 hour format also.

First one arrived dented. I called they said take it to a UPS store and send it back. Too heavy and big for me to do that. So I had UPS come get it. Cost me $$$$$. Second one finally arrived. Same dent, same location. This entire ordeal has me weeks behind and it was going to cost me another $20 to ship back and who's to say the next one's not going to be dented. I was compensated $100. Big deal. $30,000 kitchen renovation and this is all I see when I go in there. About the fan? Not a job for a novice to install. Once it is up it looks great and works great. I did replace bulbs with LED.

We bought our home 32 yrs ago, when we moved in the exhaust was on the ceiling, and it stayed that way for 32 yrs. We bought a new range, it was alot hotter than my old one, so we needed a range hood, we looked and looked, before we decided on this one, Greatest Purchase EVER!! It works real good, and the only thing I don't care for is, when you use higher speeds the grates start to vibrate alittle, easy fix I put folded up paper in between the grate and the side.

This is a pain to install. 1:have someone available to help. 2: buy screws with nuts to attach the perforated angle to the base. The screws that come with it are junk. Stripped out trying to just tighten them. 3: use the box it came in to sit it on when installing. It'll let you connect the flex duct easier. 4: Do not put higher than 28 inches on an 8ft ceiling. The screws and nuts to attach it to the ceiling mounting bracket will be impossible to tighten. The nuts need to be the type with grips cut in them so you can tighten down and they grip the back side. 5: the lights on it need to be designed to tilt inward. They light up the area around the rangetop and not the cooking area where the burners are located. Now, once you do that, it's a nice fan. Not too bad on the noise level and controls.

Excellent product! This vent works very well, and as exhaust vents go, is pretty quiet. We really like the look of it and it is super easy to clean. Probably just as important as the product, is the excellent customer service. One of the brackets, holding the stainless steel filter cover, broke. I contacted the seller and within a couple hours they notified me that a replacement bracket was on its way. I will definitely purchase from this seller again.

The range hood met all expectations! Love the digital led display and the 4 led lights. Extremely powerful fan. Great value for what I paid. It wasn't easy to find an island mount that was stylish and reasonable, but I was very pleased.

This was a great buy. The price was so much lower than anywhere retail that I could find and it suits the house perfect!

Good product overall, works well and not too loud. The only thing, once installed in place, we found it was scared in it's right side... but it stays a good product.

Looks great and works great. Reasonably priced compared to other named brands at local store. I don't regret this purchase at all.
