I am extremely disappointed with this hair trimmer/ shaver nothing like the photo I saw of the item and what I have is totally useless, I have no idea how I'm supposed to change the heads , the instruction leaflet is no use what so ever,It's supposed to be a professional hair trimmer over my dead body!!This is the cheapest of cheap do not buy this itemI would like to cut my hair but there is no way I would use or trust this clipper...The best place for this is the bin and that's where it's going NOW!!!!!!!!

Just as we expected and wanted but took a while to arrive. However in these difficult times we should have patience.

The item took about a month to arrive but it was well worth it....the battery is easily accessible for when it needs replacement unlike any other trimmers I owned before. Thank you

You have to unscrew hair clipoer part and hope no springs bounce out to attatch beard or nasal parts.Only has sizes 3mm 6mm 9mm 12mm.Needed 1mm 2mm etc.

Do not this item. It broke after one week the first time I used it. Have sent four emails about still no answer. Also brought this in may but never got the item in june.so the warranty has now run out. Waist of time. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

Rubbish took ages to charge hopeless to cut hair was left with tufts ok if you skinhead and charge not last long 3days to have something unpresentable didn.t even cut my wee boys hair waste of money
