It’s tough to buy a chair sight unseen, but this worked out well. It’s a beautiful chair, heavy, well made and the leather, well, it smells like leather. It looks and feels more like a $2000 chair. The cushion is a bit on the firm side, which isn’t necessary a bad thing and you do sit a bit high in the chair. The mechanism is smooth and the adjustable headrest is a nice touch. There’s also a memory position and the chair returns to the upright position with the push of a single button.
