great product, got here fast enough. i would use this again. using this for molecular mixology, a bit saltier than calcium lactate though it works the same

we used this to make cheese and it worked i guess. unfortunately there was no package insert that i remember seeing saying that if this product remained exposed to air it would get hard and become useless so we only were able t use it once.

Great for the experiment using Calcium Chloride, citric acid, baking soda to get a lot of gas. Use 2 tsp. of CACL and one tsp of the other two. Add 10- 20 ml. of water and watch the result.

Just what I needed for science class

If your not building your brewing water now is the time to start, this product coupled with a simple $10 digital scale has made all the difference in my beer. I highly recommend this product.

As others have said, the granules are too large for canning but probably fine for brewing.

Ok product but way too expensive. You can get a pound of calcium chloride for less than this. If you don't need this shipped via prime look elsewhere on the Internet, the markup here is ridiclous
