WORKS FAST! ANTS GONE IN MY CAR OVERNIGHT.
This stuff works and quick. Once you open the top it comes out fast, that the only negative thing. I put it in my car before I went inside the gym and once I opened the top it went all over my leg on my skin. Thankful I cleaned it off my skin fast and it bit not harm me at all. The ants ate it up quick and they were gone within hours and the next day I checked and the ants were gone. Thank you . And it was skin safe for me too. ;)

Great for Ant Control!
Purchased this back when I moved into where I am now and put down to combat and ant problem in two places. Fast forward a couple years later and I have not had an ant problem since then! The syringe makes it easy to put down to kill ants and the effectiveness is 9/10. The only small thing but not much of an issue is the substance comes out fast so be mindful of not dripping everywhere!

Less popular brand WORKS!
Reserving judgement on effectiveness - just got this today. There is another popular brand but the price is absolutely ridiculous - so I am trying this one to see if it works.UPDATE: This product works FAST! The ants were gone in 2 days and haven't come back!

It works, but be ready to re-apply
Our ant problem began at our kitchen window that faced the sink. The water source and food crumbs on the counter must have been the draw from the summer heat. Received and baited the affected area on June 25. The ants appeared in force, took the bait and we stopped seeing the ants. We remained ant free until the morning of July 6, when a cluster of a dozen or so appeared in the area. I reapplied the bait, hoping for the results to repeat. For context, I live in a wooded area that may have several colonies around the property that may be finding their way in.....results may vary in an apartment or a home that is in a city/town. Pros:Cost is very reasonable. It actually works. A little goes a long way, I probably will yield 3-4 applications from the tube. Cons:It can look a little messy if that kind of thing bothers you....it's like a smear of clear liquid. You'll have to apply every once in a while (10-14 days) to hold off returning pests. You're looking at about a tube every 6 weeks over the late spring/summer. So 3-4 tubes should get you through.

Works great for indoor and outdoor ant problems!
Works great. I have a shed that isn't fully sealed off and the ants think it's their home. a few drops of this around takes care of the problem. I also put it directly on fire ant nests outside (when the weathers clear from rain). Had fire ants around my trash cans that bit up a family member, put down some of this and they were gone within a few days. I like that it's a thick gel so it's easy to apply in one place without worrying about it dripping where you don't want it. It's easy to put in areas that pets can't reach because of this too! It's also a decent amount of product and should last me a few seasons!

Not as Exactly as Advertise, Mystery Solved
To begin with this review, let me say that i have ordered the"Combat Ant Killing Gel" in the past as pictured and i must tell you it was a very effective product. It was so good that you only needed a small dab and ants were gone for months. Why do i say "was"? There seem to be some confusion with this product today. After doing some extensive research i finally solved the mystery as to why we have a huge majority of good reviews and bad reviews. Here is what i have discovered, like i mentioned before i have used this product before and had a overwhelming success. In the past week i had placed a new order for the" Combat Ant Killing Gel" the package came in a timely manner. At first i did not see a problem until i started to use this product. I noticed from the start that this product wasn't as effective as the one i tried before.I was baffled i couldn't understand as to why the ants didn't even touch the stuff, at times they will consume the products , other times they will simply ignore the product and walk pass me laughing. So i double checked my order and discovered something i didn't noticed before i started to use the product.in fact when i saw the words "Combat" i didn't dwell on me it was a different product packaging until i noticed that instead of saying "Combat Ant Killing Gel".What it said was "Combat Source Kill Max A2". at first i contacted the seller to see if they had sent me the wrong product.while i was waiting for a response i noticed that the ants were still ignoring the product better yet after examining the area with a magnifying glass i can actually see the ants sitting back in their lounge chairs drinking margaritas.let me get Serious Now & get back to my review.i went one step further and contact the manufacturer of the "Combat source kill max A2" product. I wanted to know if the "Combat Ant Killing Gel" and the "Combat Source Kill Max A2" were 2 different products? Here is what i have discovered, The manufacturer of the "Combat Ant Killing Gel in which is called "Henkel" explain to me that they no longer make the"Combat Ant Killing Gel" and that in fact the product was replaced with a product Now called"Combat Source Kill Max A2".Here in Amazon it is still being advertised as "Combat Ant Killing Gel" all thou some vendors still have a supply in hand other simply are shipping out the new "Combat Source Kill Max A2".inwhich i find the this new product to be useless not as effective as the Old "Combat Ant Killing Gel".If your ordering this product keep in mind that the product with the Barcode "023400 973064" is infact for the product called "Combat Source Kill Max A2"After expressing the non effective use of this product to the manufacturer they informed me that they offer a better and more potent product. They offered me to send me a coupon for me to try out this new product. For those who got the new product instead of the one being advertized as "Combat Ant Killing Gel" you can simply ask for a refund even thou you tried the product. As to the confusion as some people getting the "Combat Ant Killing Gel" and some getting the "Combat Source Kill Max A2" instead. it's the responsibility of the seller to check and make sure that the product they are shipping is the same product being advertized. Having said that i am giving this product "Combat Source kill Max A2" a one star. They do not manufacture the original "Combat Ant Killing Gel" as the picture suggest anymoreit has been replaced with " Combat Source Kill Max A2"a weaker yet less effective version.I hope this review has cleared up some confusion.*** I have informed Vendor inwhich they notified Amazon of the confusion and the Picture has been revisedto "Combat Source kill Max A2"***I hope this has clear up some confusionUpdate: Sept. 2016Since my review Amazon has corrected the information and posted the correct image of the newer product, But keep in mind that the product rating system is still off due to the fact that the reviews from original product (back in 2006) is mixed in with the reviews of this new product.

Great product - follow the instructions
I've used this for years to control mostly small black ants in my house and it works really well. The ability to apply the gel using the syringe give you maximum flexibility. You can just apply it on anything the ants are crawling on. If I want to put it on a surface that I don't want to worry about staining or having to clean up, then I apply it to a piece of cardboard with a very shiny surface (like from packaging, or a fancy greeting card) and then place it where I need it - i.e., where the ants are coming in from.Recently I had an infestation of small reddish/brown ants in/on one of my cars. I was thinking about using one of those ant bombs, but didn't want to have to worry about the residue. I used the Combat ant gel inside the car in several places, and even on the outside. It took about 3 days, but I think I got rid of them from the car.I always keep a syringe on hand.
