This grate fits my Q3200 perfectly! It's super easy to clean because it's stainless and also, being so much lighter than the cast iron, I can easily carry it to the sink to scrub it. It doesn't radiate heat as well as the original cast iron so I've had to adjust my cooking times: one minute longer for burgers, 2 minutes longer for steak. However I can still get it hot enough to scorch grill marks on the steak. Very happy with this product.

My original Weber grates had rusted so bad I would get chunks in my food when cooking. Reading reviews on these grates I was a little hesitant to order. I should have ordered sooner. These fit well, not as tight as the original grates but they are not falling in loose. I put them in and fired up the grill on high to burn off any dirt and oil from the manufacturing. It got very hot very fast and I left it that way for about 30 minutes. The shiny chrome had been replaced with blued chrome. I took a brush to them once they cooled and I was ready to cook the next time. I have cooked several different meats and temps now and all is good. The welds are fine and not coming apart as mentioned in some other reviews. A liitle expensive but if they last it is worth it.

The appearance is a match to the original damaged grid. It fit perfectly. We bought a used Weber grill, so saved a lot of money. It heats up & performs very well.

I had high hopes for this. It would make the Q almost maintenance free. However the grates are about 3/8" too narrow and fall in anytime you try to clean them. Also they aren't a real high quality stainless. In fact I have weber plated grates that have held up much better than this stuff. Any moisture will cause these to rust. If they fit well they would be a tolerable solution to the OEM grates which also rust.

The grills didn't fit correctly, and kept slipping down into the burners.I blame myself for buying a non-Weber product for a Weber grill...CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I have used the new grate a dozen times. It does leave grill marks on the meat. It is much easier to clean than the cast iron grate, and hopefully it will not rust. The only down side to the grate is that is has more open space for the grease to drip down onto the center burner. The center burner has to be cleaned more frequently to obtain a nice flame.

The grate seems to be of good quality materials. Fits perfectly in my Weber Q 200
