Wedge Guys Professional Golf Grip Solvent for Regripping Golf Clubs 4 oz or 32 Ounce Solution for Easy Regripping and Golf Club Repair

This solvent states right on the bottle "Works with all tapes." It does not. I have been gripping golf clubs for more than 40 yrs. I know what I am doing. I ruined 3 grips trying to make this crap work. I use Golfsmith double sided tape. Apparently, this solvent does not break down the adhesive on the tape enough to allow the grip to slide on. I was hoping to use this stuff instead of the old mineral spirits solvent as it is supposed to be more ecofriendly. I had to go back to mineral spirits. I was going to try their grip tape product but, after reading reviews, decided against it.

Thanks guys....you've made my job a lot easier. Now my golfing buddies are all lining up in the "Man-Cave" to have their grips replaced and drink my beer. Something's wrong with this picture.

Terrible solvent. Really makes installation a hassle. I thought it was the tape or the grips, but once I went back to my old solvent and it worked fine, I knew. This stuff is trash.

Make sure to really soak the tape, and get the grip soaked as well. If you do all that, the grips should go on just fine. It smells citrusy and it's really slimy, so wear gloves.

Hands down the worst solvent I've ever used. Have to use 4 times as much as any other solvent ever or the grip gets stuck half way on. Useless!

Awsome product, works as advertised. I bought a 32oz bottle, way more then i needed....ive done 26 clubs so far and its still full.. highly recommend.

A fair price for a product that does what it's supposed to do. I've installed new grips on 3 different sets of golf clubs using this solvent and have had no problems.

Seams to be a great product. Way better than using your everyday garage products to do this job.
